It will all be alright. Trust everything is working out for your highest good🔥💗 Breathe into whatever it is that comes up for you. When you feel the feelings, they pass usually in 90seconds. Breathe. Xo #thebfflife ®
Every day we we should draw closer to God, through prayer, and within our families and our work. Discipleship is not a part-time job; it’s a full-time life of faith. It’s living life with meaning and purpose. #lifewithchrist

Loneliness does not come from having no one around you, but from not being able to communicate the things that are important to you. It’s about being disconnected from those around you. I think we’ve all felt it at least once in our lives. It can be tough to get through those moments and I wanted to make a video sharing the ways I’ve been able to push through! There is new video on YouTube on what to do when you feel lonely, link in bio ♥️

Do you find yourself always looking externally for help?
Remember, nobody is going to save you unless you are first prepared to save yourself. In other words:
SOMETIMES, YOUR SAVIOR IS YOU.
This was something I learnt many years before disability.
Looking externally for help, salvation, motivation or whatever you want will only work some of the time.
I know I owe my life to science, technology and the expertise of many incredible medical professionals. I also owe much of my sanity to the love and support of family, friends and virtual mates like you 💗.
All important but all external as well.
There are still so many moments when I have to take responsibility for my own 💩 and choose to save myself from situations of sadness, anger, frustration, stress and all the rest.
This is what MUSE IN THE MIRROR (the title in my bio) is all about. I've been speaking about it for years and as I explain to my audiences, It's not about narcissism or obsessing over your reflection in a mirror.
It's about knowing that so often, YOU have to be the one to DO THE WORK and save yourself from whatever 💩 situation you find yourself in.
Sometimes, the only person who's going to get you out of a funk is you.
Blaming others for our fcuk ups (or just expecting automatic help)might be the easy option but that doesn't mean it's right. Nor does it mean you'll get the result you want.
Your mind is more powerful than you'll ever know so don't just use is to look for external help/salvation/motivation and put that baby to work!
I hope you all have a beautiful day 😘xx
