Massive congratulations to Cerberus Athlete @liefiasaurus winning the Women's All-American Strength Games!
Outstanding performance again from Liefia
Posted @withrepost • @liefiasaurus 2019 IHGF Women's All-American Strength Games highlights from this weekend: One more weekend spent lifting rocks in my kilt.
1) I waited all year for redemption on that 185-lb stone from last year's games, but it called in sick, so this little guy was the stand-in. At 150-ish-lbs of compact, unevenly-shaped granite, this angry egg was actually among the more fickle stones I have hoisted, but all it needed was a little patience. 2 reps for a win.
2) Atlas stone series up to 300-lbs. That's not anything new for me, but I just like hearing Francis say my name excitedly. I did manage the series in about 22sec, which I believe was a PR, so that's neat.
Thanks to @ihgfofficial for bringing us together.
Thank you @depth_beforedishonor_squatco for making our awesome event tees!
Thanks to @cerberus_strength_usa for the unending support!
Cerberus Athlete @zakemuluzi looking strong as he gets back to training after a tough end to Scotland Strongest Man with a back injury.
But things are looking better as he gets back into it with some sets of 10 with 281kg!
Posted @withrepost • @zakemuluzi Deadlift Day today. We have put together a plan that will no doubt challenge me when I am getting after it.
281KG X 10 reps (Did 4 sets) PB for me at this weight and rep range.
The plan has every session I have going forward as a PR session. It will be hard but your boy will keep his head down and keep getting after it.
Some massive deadlifting from Cerberus Athlete @jj_johansson89
As he prepares for Official Strongman Games in November!
340kg for 2 reps moving easy!
Posted @withrepost • @jj_johansson89 340 x 2
Wow 😮 Cerberus Athlete @leah.falcone equaling the National Deadlift record 215kg! She also went on to win first place over all!
Posted @withrepost • @leah.falcone Event 2: Max deadlift 475. Tied the national record and tied for the event win.
How good at coaching is @intlstrongmand? I kinda really used to suck at deadlifting!
