  • #TheDaily is a new lunch experience offering a fresh-caught, pristine piece of fish from Montauk each day alongside a vibrant salad, market vegetables, and a light dessert. The Daily changes with the season and is available every day in the Main Dining Room, and can be enjoyed within an hour for $32. Our current offering: Baby Romaine Salad, Pastrami Spiced Carrots, Sour Cream Dressing, Rye • Arctic Char, Fingerling Potatoes, Leeks, Green Garlic • Preserved Lemon Pineapple Mint Sorbet, Coconut Granita.
