  • ---> On 5th June 2019 We booked hotel offline by calling OYO hotel manager and confirmed our details like number of guest, duration of stay ---> Hotel Manager confirmed and asked us to come and stay ---> So we left from Pune to Mahabaleshwar same night --->When we reached hotel, OYO Manager asked us to pay money Online, and we paid amount online ---> Then after successful payment they took our ID card, they asked us to fill the form of booking ---> And we did everything they asked but when it comes to allot rooms suddenly from nowhere Hotel owner came and he said he won't allowed 3 people in same room ---> We asked him you should have told this thing before we pay money but he said he wasn’t there and he’s manager don’t know about this policy(Funny, isn’t it?) ---> Still, We said ok and asked him for refund as he is not allowing us into hotel, but he denied saying I can't refund you, you have to ask OYO Customer Service ---> So we called OYO customer care and explained every situation in details, and they said, "Ok, don't worry, we will refund your booking amount in 7 days" ---> So after getting assurance from OYO we left hotel --->But after 7-10 days when we called OYO customer care for refund it's so shameful that they just denied to refund us as they are saying, "You cancelled the booking same day hence cancellation charges incurred on your bill" ---> So here you must understand how OYO earns money even after giving heavy discounts to customers

So we request all people to never pay money online to OYO because like us even you may fall into their fraud traps.
