  • This was moments before the scariest night of my life 🙈😨 #CapturedOnCanon
.
We had reached on the glacier and there's only one dedicated camp site in the bear vicinity which is a tiny uneven space where someone our 2 tents could be pitched. During sunset, when we were done with our daily duties and just went inside the tent, a loud thumping noise came and down comes a 10 feet large boulder rolling down the slopes just about 30 mtrs away from us. It was a close save for us.
.
We noticed the water of the glacier has made it's own path which was the cause of the big rock falling down, and this water was coming right below us, with time the rocks keep falling, some close to our tent some far and then at night another huge blast happened, we woke up in a panic to see another huge rock falling on the other side this time. And it literally was so threatening that any rock could come on our side too, we went out building a small protective wall of rocks outside our tent, which was just a mental relief though.
.
The whole night was spent sleepless and in fear of a rock tumbling down on our tent, while the thumping noises never stopped really 😨🙈 we packed our stuff first thing in the morning, thanked mountain Gods for keeping us safe and finally went ahead 🙏
