Who doesn’t love an easy breakfast? Make breakfast shakes quick + easy by preparing freezer packs! You can make them in bulk and just pull one out every morning!
STRAWBERRY BANANA FREEZER PACK:
1/2 cup shopped strawberries
2 scoops KidzShake vanilla or strawberry
1 large handful of baby spinach
Place all ingredients in a snap lock bag, or reuseable container (you can wash out and reuse snapback bags too). Make sure well sealed and freeze for up to 6 weeks
When you want to use simply empty contents in blender and add water or milk beverage, and blend.

...”dinner is on me!” 😂😂😂 Do you have any picky eaters who refuse to eat dinner? 🙋🏻♀️ I do! But I have a secret weapon.. KIDZSHAKE! Specifically, strawberry KidzShake.
