I really love my chia, and have it most days, for breakfast or work lunch✈️ I find it to really soothe my digestion and that it does so much good for me. I do know about a few individuals though, that get bloated if they have it, so it doesn’t suit them at all. I find it really strange since chia should be  amazing for intestines and digestive tract in general.

Imamo:
• Čoko chia puding s čokoladnom granolom
• Chia puding s malinama i • Kokos banana chia puding.
Ispod ću napisati bazični recept a pišite koji od ovih recepata vas zanima. 
Za bazični chia pudding - 1 porcija
2 do 3 žlice chia sjemenki
1/2 do 2/3 šalice biljnog mlijeka / bademovo, zobeno, kokosovo
Pomiješajte i nastavite miješati dok se ne počne zgušnjavati (oko minute). Ostavite bar pola sata da se zgusne.
Dodatci: jogurt, sirup (javorov, agavin, datuljin), vanilja, cimet, voće.
