  • I’m so busy workout part 2! Do this workout once per Week and the other one (part 1 on @rob_its_gymtime ) once per week ! With a few days rest in between ! No busy guy can make excuses when you have workouts like this. If you’re still not doing this you don’t want it period. Wish you lots of progression guys 😊💪🏻 keep going .
