  • Once a problem has been identified, it is required to determine the exact nature of the problem. This can be done by answering the questions like- what are the goal and barrier components of the problem? This can be easily understood by taking an example such as if a person is insecure about being underweight then, the goal is to gain a healthy weight and barriers maybe low self-esteem, eating disorder or fast metabolism. This helps the person to outline the habits that cause or amplifies the problem. Now, the next step is to outline the process to solve it further. This can be done by using two secret ingredients - hope and faith. Just remember that there is nothing that you can't do and there's everything that you are better at. After structuring the problem, try to disintegrate it into smaller problems. This makes it easier to solve them or at least gives the confidence that it can be solved. Discuss it with people as they might help you as well. The best and the last step is to find the opportunity and lesson in every problem to keep up with the positive cycle of life. PROBLEMS ARE PROBLEMS AND HENCE CAN BE SOLVED. THE SITUATION, THE TIMING IS PROBLEMATIC BUT YOUR EXISTENCE ISN'T. #mystory
