YOU. GUYS. I made my own cashew cheese yesterday and all I can say is I’m going to be riding this high for the rest of the month!! I mixed mine with some cauliflower, some chicken sausage and spinach and absolutely went in🙌
💞 1 cup cashews
💞 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 💞 1 clove of garlic
💞 1/4 cup water
💞 pinch of salt
I soak my cashews for 15-20 minutes in water to soften them up. Drain the water and out all ingredients in a blender and blend away. Serve on whatever you desire or just eat straight from the bowl 😍
