  • Okay I don’t know what kind of face I’m making but here is my current body physique going into my 4th week of bulking. Things I have noticed is loss in definition, gain in muscle mass and fat , and my lifts have also increased. My weight hasn’t really hasn’t gone up too much since the last time but I usually try to base myself off measurements and the mirror!
