  • ☀️~SOME HUMP DAY MOTIVATION~☀️ not every workout is gonna be a good one, your form may be off, your strength might be lacking and you might even feel like shit when your done. Listen to your bodies friends!! If you don’t feel like working out, you don’t HAVE to. I push myself beyond my limits sometimes and honestly it just hurts me in the end. DONT do me 😅 fitness is such a positive lifestyle and should be something you look forward to, not something you dread because you feel like you have to!! 🤗 • Personally, I struggle with this, like I said, I push myself beyond my limits and it usually just hurts me in the end. I struggle to take rest days because I get bored and honestly sometimes feel like if I miss a day, it’ll screw my whole system up. FALSE. Skip that day. Rest up.
