  • Easy 3 Ingredient Egg Bake 🥚🥦 I posted a mini grocery haul the other day & asked you what you would cook up...Frittata & Veggie Stir Fry were the top votes. They’re both delicious! I’m thinking I should ask you for cooking ideas more often 😊. Yesterday I made Stir Fry, so today I made “Fritatta”, or this Broccolini & Shallot Mini-Egg Bake. Here’s how I did it 👇🏻
Fill the bottom of a seasoned mini cast iron skillet, or small baking dish, with chopped Broccolini & Shallots.
Beat 4 Eggs, & pour over veggies. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until eggs are set. Makes 2 servings. Top with avocado & hot sauce if you want 🔥🥑 #starbirdwellness #tinycleankitchen #easyrecipe

  • Really switching things up today and adding BLUEBERRIES to my green smoothie 💚 for an extra antioxidant, vitamin and flavor boost. Highly recommend this blend to start your day! Here’s the recipe: -1 cup nut milk -1/2 frozen banana -1/2 cup frozen blueberries -1-2 tbsp nut butter -1/2 cup frozen cauliflower -1-2 cups fresh spinach

  • What is one of your favorite hobbies?

I’m sure it doesn’t come as surprise to any of you, but I LOVE food and I love making! It’s certainly not my only hobby, but I enjoy it because food really brings people together, helps to create long lasting memories, and keeps you full 😉. Food makes me happy and do do fun colors, so that’s a lot of the reason why I add pops of color in what I create. I’ve always been drawn to bright colors, bold patterns, and anything shiny 😂. @suncorefoods really helps me with getting the perfect pop color I need using their beautiful line of Superfood Powders! .
