Nothing helps my anxiety more than my dogs.
A few other things I've found that truly help: ♡Aromatherapy (candles&incense)
♡Long(ish) Epsom salt baths+Lavender oil
♡Meditation (HeadSpace is a great app to guide you!)
♡Exercise (endorphins make you happy😜)
