  • How did I started my journey?⁣

A year ago I found myself feeling overwhelmed and alone because I am a STAY HOME AND WORKING MOM and my face was always looking tired, I was loosing a lot of hair (I will show another picture of how much hair I lost) and I hated looking at myself at the mirror⁣

I was going to the gym now and then, and one day I met someone that became a really good friend, and got me into serious training. He introduced me to lifting weights.⁣

Then I got into a challenge called #mytransphormation on April 2018 and  this became a journey of no return.⁣

My face started looking better, I loved what I saw in the mirror every single morning, my energy is amazing and my life in general was transformed.⁣

My secret!!!⁣
.⁣
.⁣
I do not train every day, I train 5 and sometimes even only 3 times a week. But I LIFT heavy weights, I do the right type of cardio and I eat very well. ⁣

I DO NOT DIET!!! I DO NOT CUT CALORIES (TRAINING NEEDS A LOT OF CALORIES) I EAT ALL DAY... I JUST EAT RIGHT.⁣

Happy Monday Fitties 💓. Feeling so good about myself, something I haven’t felt in a while! I have been stressing out over job interviews the past few weeks, and I am so proud to say that I did SO amazing! 😭💙. I felt confident, proud, and strong. Ugh! I missed feeling like that!!!.

I am also happy to share that I just started a new workout program by @kelseywells 😍💧 PWR at home!! This guide could not have come at a better time. As much as I love working out in the gym because of the atmosphere, I loveee working out in the comfort of my own home ! I have such a busy schedule nowadays, so working out at home is a lot easier for me to do!💙.

Quinoa & Zucchini Mini Loafs 🤤🙌.
⠀⠀ ⁣ ⋆ ⋆ RECIPE ⋆ ⋆
⠀⠀
Serves: 8 (1 muffin/loaf is a serve) ⁣
⁣
Ingredients:⁣
2 large zucchini, grated⁣
1 carrot, grated⁣
1 cup quinoa, uncooked 80g feta cheese, crumbled 8 eggs, whisked⁣
130g lean leg ham, sliced thinly Salt & Pepper to taste⁣
2 tbsp basil, chopped thinly⁣
⁣
Directions:⁣
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius.⁣
2. Cook quinoa according to packet instructions.⁣
3. In a large mixing bowl, add zucchini, carrot, ham, salt, pepper, basil and the eggs. Mix well until all is combined well. Add cooked quinoa and mix through.⁣
4. In a mini loaf tin (see above image) divide the mixture between 8 sections evenly. If you do not have a mini loaf tin, use a large muffin tin.⁣
5. Sprinkle feta over the top and place into the oven for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden.⁣
5. This recipe makes 8, so with the left overs they can be frozen and reheated when needed.⁣ ⁣

I am so proud of myself. I went on a job interview yesterday for a teaching position and it went SO WELL OH MY GOSH! I was so beyond nervous because I didn’t know what to expect! But all the nerves went away as I was answering the questions 🥰. I am so passionate about teaching that it boosted my confidence and I am just so happy 😭💙. -
I wanted to share this story because it was a big moment for me. I had always thought I would mess up or stutter, or just cry lmfao. I hate public speaking, especially talking about myself and my experiences to a complete stranger. But I did it and I am so proud I did because I was so nervous I didn’t want to do it.

Ladies, we are so much stronger, powerful, and smarter than we think! We truly can handle ANYTHING once we believe in ourselves !! Our strengths have always been there!!🥰❤️
