Yay!!!! This makes me so happy! I am vegan and try to look for subtle ways to switch my kiddos but it's not easy. I'll try these to see if they help because chicken nuggets and mac and cheese ... all the time.... hahhaa I gotta do something

We have the same thong goong on with out son we actually give hom garden of life raw protein and greens to cover his basics and some its a plant based protein and we give it to him in almond milk he thinks its chocolate milk less than a gram of sugar too! Just wanted to share for any mamas looking 😊

As a kid I was drinking a LOT of milk. I also had horrible eczema. Shocking, right? Not really. When I was at university, I was always buying coffee from the coffee cart near where most if my classes were. I switched to soy to see how my gut handled things and not to much of my surprise, my eczema calmed down. When the sweet old dude running the coffee cart took note of my switch after some time, he made a coffee on dairy again, but this time lactose free milk. I stuck with it and noticed my eczema was still kept at bay but my mood and PMS was also better. Dairy/lactose can be a real bitch for eczema. I hardly ever get it now, with the only dairy I consume being cheese and not too often anymore. There really is a connection between the two. I'm not vegan (not even remotely) or trying to push an agenda, but our bodies aren't even designed to digest that shit.

My mother made it simple. We did not eat much carbs or sweet things, we ate a lot of different things, meat, fish, veggies, etc, and if anyone of us didn't want to eat, my mother did not prepare something different and insisted on us eating it. "food is for nutrition" she says. Nowadays we eat practically anything, and I see a lot of people my age who are terribly picky. The point is, if you give your child only the food 'they like' they won't get the chance to try something different. Yes, they will make a tantrum, but as far as I know, the point is giving a child the things they need, not (always) the things they want.

I just bought the vegan chocolate shake off Amazon! (Shipping cost was nonexistent). Here's to healthy kids because my son thrives off of carbs mainly. But does enjoy the occasional green smoothie! Would I be able to add an extra green boost to this, or add more veggies or fruit?

Oh my goodness these look so awesome! I literally don’t even know where to start. 🤦🏽‍♀️ my kid literally ate 3 BOXES of granola cereal in a week for his latest kick and my god it’s impossible to get him to choose anything else 🤣🤷🏽‍♀️. Which blend/option is the most nutrient dense? Love that there’s probiotics in them too!
