Meet Madison. 🦄One year ago last night she was rushed to the hospital by her parents, she was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. February 2019 she got to ring the bell at @levinechildrens because she is CANCER FREE! 💜We think that the shirt she's wearing is pretty fitting, don't you?

Meet Amy. In 2016, Amy was diagnosed with Acute Undifferentiated Leukemia causing multiple hospitalizations throughout her treament. In spite of all that, she continues to pursue her dreams. Amy is an accomplished harness racing driver that has won many trophies and awards on the harness racing circuit. She even traveled to New York to the Harness Racing Hall of Fame to receive an award during treatment! So happy for Gina and her wife today! A clear PET scan and no more chemo is a lot to be excited for! ❤️
. @ginatheteacha has shared her journey battling cancer so openly with all of us. Her story has definitely made me a more understanding and empathetic person to my students and those in my life.
So happy the other teachers and I could show her our support by buying these awesome t-shirts! If you haven’t gotten yours, you should definitely get one!
Yes, I bought another shirt! 😆 You should too! 😃 #iteachwhatmatters#ginakickscancerinthenodes
