Monday mornings are tough for a lot of us. I get it! It’s taken everything out of me today not to jump back into bed.🛌 But this last month, I have been focusing on creating an uplifting Monday morning routine that brings the energy of my weekend into my weekday. Monday’s don’t have to be a bad thing but actually a fresh start to your week.
So for me, it’s been spending time with friends, taking some well deserved “ME” time and getting my health back on track (lemon water, workouts, oils, celery-you get it).💪🏻
