It is so easy to get caught up with how far you have to go when in reality you need to look at how far you have come.
Although looking at these pictures I can’t see a HUGE change I know I am so much fitter, so much stronger and working on being the healthiest version of me.
Comparison sometimes kills me seeing how much weight other people have lost whilst I’ve been ‘on and off the wagon’ but I have to remind myself that everyone’s journey is different and the only comparison is YOURSELF!

Lately I have been contemplating trying on a cropped hoodie and today I did. I found this one in @sportsgirl
This is definitely not a color or fit I would have even tried on 30kgs ago!
I’m in love with it and even embracing that you can see my tummy in it!
I also wanted to chat about how much being on track, eating well and training can change your mentality. Last week I had a horrible week with my binge eating but so far this week I have been much more mindful about what I’m putting in my body. I already feel so much better and have been on point with training!
It’s amazing how much small things change your mentality that’s for sure!

Sadly I think the time has come to suspend my gym membership tomorrow. I have loved being able to workout 3 times a week this pregnancy. It has done wonders for my hormones and mood and I’m sure it has kept me and bubs healthy and prepared for birth. I’m listening to my body and it’s starting to feel pretty uncomfortable now so it’s time to bid the gym farewell until about 8 weeks post partum. To save money and for convenience I’ll just be doing my post-natal recovery exercises from home until then like last time 🏡 #38weekspregnant

At 38 I was overweight and very unhealthy. I remember trying to get out of bed one day, and wasn’t even able to sit up because of the lack of abdominal strength from having 3 kids. I literally had to roll myself onto my side to get out of bed. That was THE moment that I said to myself I needed to change. @12wbt with @mishbridges kick started my passion with leading a healthy and fit lifestyle losing 9kg in the first 12 weeks!! BEFORE VS AFTER 8 week challenge style 🔥🔥
Am I nervous and absolutely shitting my pants posting this? YEP.
Here are my results from the F45 8 week challenge.
I have lost -11.8kgs in 8 weeks. Not 100% on my other numbers as of yet because I didn’t get my print out but I am beyond happy with my loss.
It is hard to see the changes day in and day out when you look at yourself in the mirror every day but putting these photos together this morning made me see the changes my body has made in these 8 weeks 👊🏻💪🏻 but I am also proud of the mental changes I have made in this time too!!! I’ve got some pretty exciting goals in mind to strive towards from now on.... double digits here I come!!!!

✨6 Weeks of FASTer Way to Fat Loss✨
My first round results are in and I have lost 5.5kg (approx. 12lbs)!? 😄
I've also gained strength 🏋️, am eating less processed foods 🍟, still get to eat plenty of food (around 2000 calories most days) 🧀🍗🥦, my clothes fit better 👗 and best of all I'm making healthier choices every day 🍓🥑🍇!!
I really can't recommend this program enough! If you've tried them all, like I have ( #12wbt#28bysamwood#bodybyfinch etc. etc. ) and not been able to maintain the ridiculous low calorie lifestyle, it's time to give the FASTer way a go! 😍
My coach will be announcing a new round soon, so keep an eye out for it! 😘
