8 eggs, whisked

Combine everything in a large bowl and mix well. Grease 9-10 muffin molds with cooking spray and place about 1/4 cup of mixture into each one. Bake on 350 for about 20 minutes. Keep refrigerated. Good up to 5 days!

  • When you can’t wait for breakfast tomorrow because these Banana Oatmeal Bars are on the menu 👏🏻🍌🍫I sent this recipe to one of my clients today for an easy on-the-go breakfast, so naturally I had to make a batch because it’s been TOO long 🙌🏻 I mean, can you look at those chocolate chips? 💯
Recipe:
2 large bananas, mashed
1/2 cup coconut oil or applesauce 
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup quick oats
1/3 cup oat flour (or about 1/2 cup oats blended into flour)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda 
1/3 cup chocolate chips

In a medium bowl, mix together the bananas, applesauce, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix together all dry ingredients except chocolate & banana chips. Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix well. Add in the chocolate chunks, saving some to top with. Pour into a lined 8 X 8 baking dish, top with remaining chocolate and banana chips, and bake on 350 for about 25-30 minutes.

  • The moment you’ve all been waiting for... CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN BREAD 😛🎃 I used a classic recipe with a new sweetener from @intheraw #sponsor and it came out SO good. Recipe: 1-2/3 cups of whole wheat flour, ½ cup of honey, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, ¾ tsp salt, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp nutmeg, 2 large eggs, 1 cup of canned pumpkin, ½ cup of olive oil, 1/3 cup of vanilla greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of Monk Fruit In The Raw Bakers Bag (@InTheRaw), 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, and ½ cup water! Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, combine all ingredients and stir until the batter doesn’t have any lumps. Pour into a loaf pan (I lightly coat mine in olive oil). Then bake for 60 minutes and let it cool! Happy Wednesday 💕

  • Paleo Single Serving Apple Crisp 🍎 Cancel any plans you had to make anything else tonight and make this ASAP because it’s so tasty! Immediately after I took the first bite, I regretted not making it regular size 😅 But luckily this single serving size is ready in about 15 minutes so it won’t be hard to recreate another. -

Last week it was a pumpkin kick, this week it’s cinnamon apples. I’ve been craving all the cinnamon apple recipes and this one was magical. Soft, cinnamon apples topped with a crumbly, almond flour based topping. A little piece of heaven on earth! Perfect breakfast or dessert. -

#recipe details 👉🏻 Preheat oven to 350F 
Heat a skillet over low medium heat. 
Dice 1 apple and add to a skillet with a little coconut oil + cinnamon. Sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes. 
Grease a small ramekin or baking dish, add the apples to it. 
In a small bowl, mix together the crumble: 
2 tbsp almond flour 
1 tsp maple syrup 
1 tsp coconut oil 
1 tsp coconut sugar* optional but I wanted mine to taste sweeter like a dessert. 
Mix the crumble ingredients together then sprinkle over the sautéed apples. 
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350.

🍕Ingredientes:
-2 tazas de arroz yamani cocido.
-2 cucharadas de premezcla para celiacos (o harina integral si no sos celiaco).
-1 huevo.
-Sal, pimienta y perejil picado.
-Queso port salud.
-Salsa para pizza.
-Tomate.
.
🍕Procedimiento:
-En un bowl mezclar el arroz con el huevo, la harina y condimentar.
-Colocar la preparación en una fuente para horno con muy poquito de aceite.
-Cocinar en el horno durante 10 minutos.
-Luego colocar la salsa de tomate y el queso.
-Seguir cocinando.
-Por ultimo colocar el tomate y listo.

And finally nutrition. If you break down all the foods to 1 kcal, the winner that contains the most nutrients are clearly whole plant based foods. Whole plant based foods are rich in fiber and macros too! And all that comes with low kcals. The perfect combination to stay lean and healthy🍉🥝🌽🥦🥬
