Fun fact: I am fascinated by the ocean and anything to do with sea life, there’s never been a time in my life since I was a little kid that I haven’t had a pet fish lol I’ve gone from keeping goldfish to now having a pet stingray in an aquarium big enough that I can fit in. HOWEVER you will never catch me in the ocean because I am equally terrified of it! I have a somewhat irrationally high fear of sharks haha. Doesn’t make much sense does it? Any of y’all have any somewhat irrational fears??
Kale Kale Punjabi Chole... that’s how I like it... tangY, spicy, and slightly sweet. I love my chole dark brown, not light. I’ve tested this recipe a few times and there’s one trick to making thick gravy that melts in your mouth. Coming soon! ☺️❤️ #punjabichole#chole#punjabifood#foodtalkindia#desikhana

As outside so within... Happy Earth Day!
Earth Day is commemorated April 22nd every single year; both held yearly during autumn in the southern hemisphere and northern hemisphere. And these are planned to inspire attentiveness and admiration for the Earth's surroundings. The United Nations commemorates an Earth Day every year on March equinox, a custom which was established by peace campaigner John McConnell in 1969. A second Earth Day, which was established through U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson as an environmental teach-in 1970, is commemorated in several countries every year on 22nd April.
Thank god I finally reunited with my long lost cousin @paulthegerman69. Having an absolute blast💥with some great people. Norf

💁🏻♀️💔☔️Unfortunate truth: Anxiety isn’t only about the bad things.☔️💔💁🏻♀️
As you probably already know, I have anxiety and depression and deal with them daily. A lot of times, they focus their energy on the bad, negative what-ifs and surprises. But lately, my anxiety has been having a field day with my future happy plans.
May is a big month for our family, and while I want to be excitedly focusing on prepping my wardrobe, making plans, and putting together sick playlists for all of the adventures we have planned, I’ve been battling severe anxiety instead. Instead of feeling happy and proud of my accomplishments, the greatest of which is honestly making it to 30 (something I never thought I would do), I’m panicking about how the celebrations will play out.
I think it’s important to remember that no matter how well things are going, mental illness is still there. It doesn’t go away because it’s party time, it just changes its approach.
I’m getting by with lots of lists, hugs, and 1960s country music for the time being, but I would love to hear how you get through times of anticipation-anxiety! 🌈✨💕
