If youโ€™ve been following me for a while, you know how uncomfortable I used to feel in a bikini. It was one of my biggest insecurities and I realized instead of avoiding all activities that require a bikini ๐Ÿ‘™๐Ÿ™ˆ id face my insecurities head on and work my ass off till I did feel confident in one!
.
Now, not only have I achieved my goal, but I am fortunate enough to work with #SumeetFit babes ALL around the world ๐ŸŒ to achieve the same ๐ŸŽ‰ some of these ladies are wearing bikinis for the FIRST TIME IN THEIR LIFE ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ’• (IG will only let me add 10 pics, but there are SO many more clients! ๐Ÿ‘ญ๐Ÿ’—) Iโ€™m soooo incredibly proud of their hard work in the gym & in the kitchen. I included these 3 exercises in my last leg day (didnโ€™t film ๐ŸŽฅ my entire workout which was 6 total exercises) and honestly couldnโ€™t walk right for 4 days ๐Ÿฅต๐Ÿ’€โ™ฟ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜น

1๏ธโƒฃ Deficit Reverse Lunges- 3x8 on each side with 20 lb dumbbells
.
These look easy, but omfg ๐Ÿ˜ต they are hard (if done correctly!). Take a close look at my form. These do get hard quickly, so I suggest going lighter in weight than you do for regular reverse lunges.

2๏ธโƒฃ Barbell Lunges- 3x10 on each side with 65 lb barbell
.
Remember to do these with an OLYMPIC BARBELL ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ this requires more balance and more stabilization= more challenging on your body ๐Ÿ˜ˆ this is going to set those quads on ๐Ÿ”ฅ!!!

3๏ธโƒฃ Good Mornings- 3x15 with 65 lb barbell
.
This exercise really hits those hamstrings and glutes ๐Ÿ‘ remember to keep your back straight and spine in neutral, so you do not place the tension on your back ๐Ÿ˜ญ in case you do feel it in your low back, lighten up the load, go slow, and focus on SQUEEZING ๐Ÿ˜– your hams and glutes ๐Ÿ‘ to power the movement.

I loveeee ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’•training my shoulders! They create the top of the hourglass โณ figure for women and for men, they create the top of that X frame ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿคค everyone looks amazing with a nice set of shoulders! I think they are so sexy ๐Ÿคฉ do you think so too??

1๏ธโƒฃ Slow Negative Machine Press- 3x10

Check out my form on these. Yes ๐Ÿ˜‚ I know Iโ€™m sitting backwards ๐Ÿ™ƒ but I actually hit my shoulder better when sitting like this! This was my warm up set, so I kept the weight super light and I controlled the negative (when bringing the weight down) very slowly and then pressed up with my shoulders. These ๐Ÿ”ฅ really burn ๐Ÿฅต!

2๏ธโƒฃ Dumbbell Shoulder Press Drop Set- 3x8 at each drop (25 lbs, 15 lbs, 10 lbs)

Ok this is no joke ๐Ÿ˜ซ drop sets are sooo hard, but fun ๐Ÿ˜… this is my type of fun! Just be sure to keep your firm STRICT and donโ€™t let your neck help you out when you get tired ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

3๏ธโƒฃ Bent Over Rear Delt Flies- 2x15 m

I love adding in 1-2 exercises that specifically target the rear delts. You see this part of the shoulder from the back view ๐Ÿ˜ I keep the weight on these light, bc itโ€™s a small muscle.
