👩🏻BACKGROUND: Mayuri had never done online coaching before, she was totally brand new to working out, never went to the gym, and had never followed a meal plan. She has an extremely busy schedule, as she was a college student, double majoring 👩🏻🎓
🏆 GOAL: get rid of lower belly pooch, slim her waist, reduce love handles, shrink back fat, reduce cellulite on the back of her thighs and butt, and tone her thighs

GOAL ☝🏽: feel confident af in a bikini
GOAL ✌🏽: help other women around the world feel just as confident af in a bikini 👙.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know how uncomfortable I used to feel in a bikini. It was one of my biggest insecurities and I realized instead of avoiding all activities that require a bikini 👙🙈 id face my insecurities head on and work my ass off till I did feel confident in one!
Now, not only have I achieved my goal, but I am fortunate enough to work with #SumeetFit babes ALL around the world 🌍 to achieve the same 🎉 some of these ladies are wearing bikinis for the FIRST TIME IN THEIR LIFE 😭💕 (IG will only let me add 10 pics, but there are SO many more clients! 👭💗) I’m soooo incredibly proud of their hard work in the gym & in the kitchen. It didn’t come easy!
Feeling confident and empowered is always the goal 💪🏽

Leg Day 🏋🏽♀️ bookmark and save this workout!
Bare with me while I post a few more workout videos with pink hair 😅I’ve filmed a lot of workouts that I want to share with you 💕
I included these 3 exercises in my last leg day (didn’t film 🎥 my entire workout which was 6 total exercises) and honestly couldn’t walk right for 4 days 🥵💀♿️😹

1️⃣ Deficit Reverse Lunges- 3x8 on each side with 20 lb dumbbells
These look easy, but omfg 😵 they are hard (if done correctly!). Take a close look at my form. These do get hard quickly, so I suggest going lighter in weight than you do for regular reverse lunges.
2️⃣ Barbell Lunges- 3x10 on each side with 65 lb barbell
Remember to do these with an OLYMPIC BARBELL 🏋🏽♀️ this requires more balance and more stabilization= more challenging on your body 😈 this is going to set those quads on 🔥!!!
3️⃣ Good Mornings- 3x15 with 65 lb barbell
This exercise really hits those hamstrings and glutes 🍑 remember to keep your back straight and spine in neutral, so you do not place the tension on your back 😭 in case you do feel it in your low back, lighten up the load, go slow, and focus on SQUEEZING 😖 your hams and glutes 🍑 to power the movement.

💍 When my husband first proposed to me, we had very little and he actually had to borrow money for the ring 🙈. The other day he surprised me and re-proposed with this 😭💔 it’s gorgeous, but of course what it stands for is still what matters MOST 👫. We fell in love when we where young and had absolutely nothing, and even though our lives have changed, the love remains the same and that’s what matters most 💕

HOURGLASS SHOULDER DAY 💪🏽 Bookmark and Save this workout!
I loveeee 💗💕training my shoulders! They create the top of the hourglass ⏳ figure for women and for men, they create the top of that X frame 😍🤤 everyone looks amazing with a nice set of shoulders! I think they are so sexy 🤩 do you think so too??
Here are 3 exercises I included (I didn’t film my entire workout, so 3 exercises are not included)
1️⃣ Slow Negative Machine Press- 3x10
Check out my form on these. Yes 😂 I know I’m sitting backwards 🙃 but I actually hit my shoulder better when sitting like this! This was my warm up set, so I kept the weight super light and I controlled the negative (when bringing the weight down) very slowly and then pressed up with my shoulders. These 🔥 really burn 🥵!
2️⃣ Dumbbell Shoulder Press Drop Set- 3x8 at each drop (25 lbs, 15 lbs, 10 lbs)
Ok this is no joke 😫 drop sets are sooo hard, but fun 😅 this is my type of fun! Just be sure to keep your firm STRICT and don’t let your neck help you out when you get tired 🙅🏽♀️
3️⃣ Bent Over Rear Delt Flies- 2x15 m
I love adding in 1-2 exercises that specifically target the rear delts. You see this part of the shoulder from the back view 😍 I keep the weight on these light, bc it’s a small muscle.
