I'm still feeling the post-holiday chubs and to be honest, I've been struggling to get over this hump.
For majority of last year I was in tip top shape and was feeling real good about my body. I had cut out sweets and exercised regularly. But ever since the holidays back in November and December I slacked off a bit, ate more sweets than I probably should've and ate out a lot more than I needed. It's crazy how quickly your body can set back. 😭
So now that it's the new year, I've been getting back into my routine but I'm still not feeling 100%. But I know I need to remind myself that OF COURSE I'm not going to be back at my best in 3 weeks, especially after slacking for almost 8...
