【 トマトケチャップ (kechappu) 】tomato ketchup
トマトケチャップ first came to Japan from the U.S. in the Meiji era.
In the late Meiji era, around the 1900s, 洋食屋 (ようしょくや) Western-style restaurants became popular, and during this movement, many Western dishes were adapted or concocted into 洋食 (ようしょく) Western-style Japanese dishes.
The two typical ketchup-based 洋食 are:
オムライス rice omelet (ketchup fried rice wrapped in an omelet)
ナポリタン spaghetti Napolitan ("fancy" ketchup spaghetti) In the Meiji era, imported pasta was still expensive, so only hotels and high-end restaurants served the dish.
オムライス is a classic favorite across all generations.

Kai: Hey, are you free on Saturday?
John: Which Saturday are you talking about?
Kai: The next Saturday.
John: Could you be a little more specific and tell me on what date you would like me to be your company?
Kai: Alright. It's on Saturday on October 3rd, 2019. How about that? Can you be here at five o'clock?
John: Let me check my schedule real quick. Umm, I see. At what o'clock did you say?
Kai: Oh, for heaven's sake, John. I said, five o'clock. Can you be here at five o'clock?
John: Five o'clock, indeed. Unfortunately, it says here on my schedule that I have a dentist appointment at five o'clock on the very day you said you'd like me to be here.
Kai: Alright. Never mind! It'll be just me and Sarah then.
John: Is Sarah joining us?
Kai: No, technically, she's joining me, not us. Why?
John: I'm available.
Kai: But you said you had the dentist appointment.
John: Umm, You are right. I wish she were my dentist.
Kai: What the hell?

To be ‘all over something’ means you love it / you’re crazy about it / you can’t get enough of it.
I’ve finally bought myself a pair of comfortable shoes! 👟 👟
I’m seriously sooooo all over them. Why did it take me so long to realise how important comfort is? Do you own a pair of comfortable shoes that you could walk for hours and hours in? If feel like I don’t ever wanna take these babies off. Ha ha
