Soo I don’t know if any of you remember but I bought these jeans from Kmart back in November and loved them so much even though they didn’t fit so I got them as a goal!
Well I tried them back on yesterday and I’m pretty happy with this progress can’t wait until they do up 🎉

BEFORE VS AFTER 8 week challenge style 🔥🔥
Am I nervous and absolutely shitting my pants posting this? YEP.
Here are my results from the F45 8 week challenge.
I have lost -11.8kgs in 8 weeks. Not 100% on my other numbers as of yet because I didn’t get my print out but I am beyond happy with my loss.
It is hard to see the changes day in and day out when you look at yourself in the mirror every day but putting these photos together this morning made me see the changes my body has made in these 8 weeks 👊🏻💪🏻 but I am also proud of the mental changes I have made in this time too!!! I’ve got some pretty exciting goals in mind to strive towards from now on.... double digits here I come!!!!

✨6 Weeks of FASTer Way to Fat Loss✨
My first round results are in and I have lost 5.5kg (approx. 12lbs)!? 😄
I've also gained strength 🏋️, am eating less processed foods 🍟, still get to eat plenty of food (around 2000 calories most days) 🧀🍗🥦, my clothes fit better 👗 and best of all I'm making healthier choices every day 🍓🥑🍇!!
I really can't recommend this program enough! If you've tried them all, like I have ( #12wbt#28bysamwood#bodybyfinch etc. etc. ) and not been able to maintain the ridiculous low calorie lifestyle, it's time to give the FASTer way a go! 😍
My coach will be announcing a new round soon, so keep an eye out for it! 😘

Sadly I think the time has come to suspend my gym membership tomorrow. I have loved being able to workout 3 times a week this pregnancy. It has done wonders for my hormones and mood and I’m sure it has kept me and bubs healthy and prepared for birth. I’m listening to my body and it’s starting to feel pretty uncomfortable now so it’s time to bid the gym farewell until about 8 weeks post partum. To save money and for convenience I’ll just be doing my post-natal recovery exercises from home until then like last time 🏡 #38weekspregnant

💥 THROWBACK THURSDAY 💥
It is so easy to get caught up with how far you have to go when in reality you need to look at how far you have come.
Although looking at these pictures I can’t see a HUGE change I know I am so much fitter, so much stronger and working on being the healthiest version of me.
Comparison sometimes kills me seeing how much weight other people have lost whilst I’ve been ‘on and off the wagon’ but I have to remind myself that everyone’s journey is different and the only comparison is YOURSELF!

Lately I have been contemplating trying on a cropped hoodie and today I did. I found this one in @sportsgirl
This is definitely not a color or fit I would have even tried on 30kgs ago!
I’m in love with it and even embracing that you can see my tummy in it!
I also wanted to chat about how much being on track, eating well and training can change your mentality. Last week I had a horrible week with my binge eating but so far this week I have been much more mindful about what I’m putting in my body. I already feel so much better and have been on point with training!
It’s amazing how much small things change your mentality that’s for sure!

It seems everyone who loves our breads, also loves Guacamole!
Hands up who else has had a visit from the Easter Bunny this morning? 😜😜😜 Before you scoff a whole chocolate bunny for brekkie, these are the calories in some of our faves - chose your treats wisely! Xx
"My focus improved a lot over the course of 12 weeks. I changed my impulsive ways of reaching out for a quick cheat snack by always having a healthy snack close by. Thanks for a fantastic program." INCREDIBLE result Susan, you look so amazing and sound like you've achieved so much using my 12WBT Xx
What a day. 10km bike ride followed by a 6.9km walk.
Last time I rode my bike I had a severe vestibular migraine attack and was stuck waiting the vertigo out under the Burnley Bridge bike path along the Yarra River. It took me over 30 minutes to be able to see again and feel even remotely balanced, and I was so distressed knowing my family was stuck there with me. I really didn’t feel safe and it rattled my confidence for a long while.
I managed to ride home under the freeway with all the other riders zooming past and it was a real low point for me.
So to get out today, feeling a little anxious but ready to give it another try was really great. To follow it up with a big walk was amazing. I am absolutely exhausted now, resting this afternoon but ever thankful for the steps I can make/take to regain my confidence, health and positivity. #walkingforhealth#12wbt#migraine#vestibularmigraine#walk#bikeride#vertigo#goodfriday#thankful#movingforward
On a scale of 1 to 'I'm now an extra on the walking dead' do you feel if you don't get a good night sleep.
I had my top #12WBT dietitians share diet hacks to give me a better night sleep and they're now in the link in the bio. Sweet dreams Insta fam Xx

I don’t think much more needs to be said about this pic 🙈🙈 I’m hearin ya Jessica. Lydies spots have gone bonkers the last 24 hours, we ended up spending the night in emergency because she was so beside herself from the pain. The whole inside of her mouth is red and swollen, and covered in more ulcers and sores than you could possibly count. Her gums are red and so swollen that some of her teeth have almost disappeared. She can hardly eat, or suck her dummy, which is her main comfort. Having a rough time basically! But for the first time in 4 days she didn’t have a fever this afternoon so we went out and enjoyed the fresh air, and it has just done her (and me!) the world of good!! Lydie has had a grand total of 6 hours sleep in the last 24hrs so let’s hope tonight is a big catch up! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Wednesday night thoughts 💭
Today I downloaded this app and put my weight in it.
This is my weight tracked from my highest weight in 2017 to now.
Weightloss is NOT linear
It is a continuous effort and it has its ups and downs.
There have been SO many times when I have wanted to give up and to be honest there have been times where I did give up but you continuously get back up, brush yourself off and keep going.
It’s also SO easy to get caught up in focusing on the number and weightloss but there is SO much more to life than that.
I used to dream of having a ‘skinny body’ but now I WORK towards being HEALTHY 🙌🏻

Brekkie for champions.... banana and ricotta on toast with a sprinkling of cinnamon. #12wbt#getinmybelly
I feel like we spend a lot of time focusing on a goal number on the scale. Whats healthiest number, what size we wanna be back into, getting back to that weight you was when you was 20.... I feel like we should be focused on getting to a weight where we feel happy, healthy and where the lifestyle is enjoyable.
I’m still here!
I’m having a really good April - taking care of myself, eating nutritious food, walking every day. I’ve got big goals and I’m still chasing them. I haven’t been doing any #BBG workouts, just resting my knees and doing my physio. I’m very excited to have signed up for the May round of #12WBT . It’s my favourite. I’m going to redo the beginner level and build up a strong foundation with proper form.
Hubby has officially graduated to #instahusband level - he now spontaneously takes candid pics for me. What a champ. #weightlossjourney#fitnessjourney#plantpowered
Look, they can't all be winners 🤷♀️
Today's time trial was far from successful. I ended up in anaerobic zone and there was a shocking headwind and my legs just gave out on me. I had to walk twice during the 12 min time trial which I've never had to do before. The victory that I'm taking away from it is that I still managed to get 2.01km in that time even with the walking. The other victory is that I'm wearing this @nikewomen top that my mum bought me as a present in South Africa and I wouldn't wear it in February when she came home coz I thought looked fat in it. Small victories 🏅
5km done all up with warm up, time trial and finisher, 691km to go 🏃♀️
I've never done one of these but after a chat with my mum about how far I've come over the past year I thought I'd put it out there. I've lost about 11-12kg since January last year but it was only when I signed up to the May round of @12wbt last year that I really started to do this properly.
Since May 2018 (when the photo on the left was taken) I have lost 9 kilos. That may not sound like a lot but at 155cm (5'1") even a couple of kilos makes a big difference. The photo on the right is from April 7 this year after completing Run for the Kids.
The difference between those two photos is greater than 9 kilos - the Lauren on the left struggled to run 2km unbroken, hell, even 1km unbroken would have been a challenge. The Lauren on the right is training for a half marathon.
The change is enormous in terms of my fitness levels and my belief in myself and what I can achieve if I put my mind to it. The half marathon sounded ridiculous initially, but I know that I can do it, and I will. I still have body image issues and don't always like how I look but that stuff takes years to overcome - baby steps 😊
So this is me and my #transformationtuesday - I'm pretty proud of myself ❤

4km lakeside run done.
No beach activity today, ironically too wet!
Today's run really drove home how much I love running barefoot on the beach. Mentally it changes the whole ball game for me.
Connecting with nature with barefeet takes my headspace instantly to a happy place and a state of relaxation.
Running with shoes on, my mind goes into heavy and challenging state. I find I really have to mentally prepare myself, i feel every muscle in my body and have to focus hard on breathing and relaxing during the run.
To shoe or not to shoe - it is not even a question.
