Many complain that marriage is hard without realizing that they are the ones making it hard. How?
1. Making everything an argument.
Choose your battles. Is it worth it?
2. Complaining all the time.
Stop complaining! Your spouse is not moved by your complaints. The are moved by love (love never fails 1 Corinthians 13:8) and prayer. Start praying!
3. Not honoring your spouse's requests.
If your spouse has expressed a concern to you, asked you to do something or asked you not to do something, follow through on their request, as long as the request is reasonable, brings you no discomfort and brings glory to God.
Honor them by responding to their request with consistent action. If your spouse has requested more quality time, make it a priority. If your spouse made a request for you to be more thoughtful, put reminders in your phone to help you consider your spouse throughout the day. In the same lane, if your spouse has asked you to please stop doing something because it makes them uncomfortable or it interferes with the functioning of the home (like overspending or spending too much time with friends) honor those requests as well.
Quite frankly my friends, if we want better marriages we got to do better. We got this!
2019 was a challenging year for me. I had been working as the Office Manager for Call It Home almost a year before I got licensed and began my career as a brand new Realtor. Right at this time there was a lot of turmoil going on in the office, none caused by me. It did effect my ability to work my reputation and it ended up killing a few transactions, I shed many tears wondering if I was cut out for this business. I promised myself I would see this through at least for a year because I had put in so much effort this far. I made it through 2019 battle hardened and proud to have persevered through all the adversity. As I began to prepare for my taxes I found that I had actually surpassed my income goal for the year. What are your goals for 2020? Tell me in the comments!
My Goals 2020
1. 50 total transactions.
2. Operate a profitable Amazon FBA business.
4. Pay off debt.
5. Get a newer car.
6. Continue to perfect my website and become a regular blogger. (Weekly posts) .

Is a new home or investment property one of your financial goals for 2020? 🏡
It is best to save at least a 20% deposit to avoid having to pay Lenders Mortgage Insurance, and factor in some extra savings for items such as legal fees, stamp duty, bank and insurance charges, as well as moving costs.
Our MyBudget Loans teams can work with our MyBudget clients to find the best loan to suit their needs, and we already have your budget and finances already documented for the banks!
If you are aiming to save for a new home, here are some tips to get you there:
1. Create a budget
A detailed, 12-month budget can provide deep insights into your finances and reveal where extra money can be saved and bill payments smoothed to make cash flow management easier. With a budget in place, you have structure and visibility over your finances, which makes it easier to save regularly.
2. Pay off any existing debts
Given that interest earnings on savings accounts are generally lower than interest charges on loans, it makes sound financial sense to use any spare cash to pay off debts before you start saving. Especially in the case of credit cards, personal lines of credit and other debts with high interest rates.
3. Open a dedicated saving account
One of the tricks to saving money is to never let your savings touch your pocket. Open a dedicated bank account for your savings so they’re kept separate from the money you use for your living expenses and bills, and then set up an automatic transfer so that a portion of every pay is deposited directly into it.
4. The less you spend, the more you can save
For the majority of people, the ability to save is affected by how much they spend. The less you spend, the more you can save. If you’re finding it hard to save regularly, this statement is a simple, but powerful reminder that saving challenges usually stem from spending habits. By taking control of your spending, you can create spare cash for saving.

My vanity this morning. My goal for 2020 on social media is to be more genuine and authentic and real. I didn’t set ANY numbers goals or monetary goals this year- just a personal push for myself to be more of ME! Instagram is often the highlight reel of our lives and if I’m not careful, I can portray this perfect life, as if I have it all together. Perfectly cleaned homes, perfectly styled outfits, perfectly cooked meals, perfectly placed children, all with perfectly edited presets! I know I do lots of this here on my insta account for sure! I’m not trying to make any of us feel guilty, myself included. I love to make things look pretty, and there is definitely a place for that here on Instagram. But, I do think that it’s good to add layers of genuine authentic real life throughout our perfectly placed squares here on the gram. It’s a reminder that while we’re scrolling and comparing ourselves ... to remember that Instagram is rarely a reflection of our everyday life. So for whoever is reading this- YOU are enough. Your life and your house your apartment and your clothes and body and children/no children are enough! Tag a friend who might enjoy this post 😘.
I've been real quiet lately on social media....have taken many months to process and pray. Seek God out for the next steps in my life. #2020vision
This is my hair air dried, no product, no styling. Wild, Untamed and Unashamed.
It's really the perfect reflection of how I want to move forward in 2020. Wildly passionate in my pursuit of Jesus Christ. Untamed like a Lioness, ready to take every challenge head on. Unashamed of my core beliefs and convictions.
Look out 2020 - I'm coming out roaring!
So this is where I go to get my workouts done. I don't go to the gym. I walk down some stairs and I am in my gym. It ain't much but it is my space to do what I want. I get to chose what trainer I want that day or if I am doing a certain program then I rock it out and get it done. I enjoy every minute of it. It makes me feel like a better person. Beach Body had become my life and a routine that I feel lost if I don't do it. #myfitnessgoals#fitmama_tasha#mygoals#mygym#2020goals#myfitnessjourney#stronggrandma#mom_wife
First post of the new year & yes, I changed my IG from @NemeNation to @NaimahInniss#Growth#Change 🙌🏾🙏🏾
I spent the end of my 2019, grieving the death of my grandmother. Trying to figure out how I’m going to live without her, while actively living without her. My main focus was for my course load to not be compromised. I saw so many people fold on their classes when a loved one passed and it just couldn’t be me. Y’all, I really had to pushhhhh through for myself and I’m super proud to say I got ALL A’s! 😌💪🏾 .
I spent the beginning of my 2020 doing deep reflection and spending time with God. In this decade I need my steps to be more ordered, more structured, more grounded. So I’m letting Him do the building and I’m taking the passenger seat 🤷🏽♀️😎 .
I am so excited to share another year with you all ! And for the record, I was tryna show y’all the lil gold sparkles in my boot heel NOT my 🍑😝😭 #NaimahInniss#2020Vision#2020Goals
