We have roughly 9 weekends until she’s here (granted she doesn’t come early or late) and so far we are feeling underwhelmed because I think both Jack and I thrive with deadlines and under a little bit of pressure aka we have nothing ready or set up 🙃

Bump wrapping today with @oschaslings Rings of Power Elven-Smith. One of the less popular items made on the philosophers warp and definitely underrated for how beautiful it is! It’s cotton, hemp, tencel blend so super supportive and shiny. I do need to work on this one more to get it broken in before baby comes.
Hubby update: He’s back to work today and doing great! Since a few have asked, the vasectomy was SO quick and easy (I was in the room for it) and recovery has been way easier than we expected. Huge huge difference compared to what I would’ve gone through for a tubal. And not that expensive out of pocket, especially compared to another baby 😂 we are super thrilled with this choice for permanent birth control. Our little Snack is now eating gluten free snacks 😅 we’ve been dealing with sensitivity with her almost her entire life. She’s constantly having 🍑 and 💩 problems and after trying everything we could think of, we had bloodwork done and turns out she has a gluten allergy and were being referred to a GI for additional testing to determine if she has Celiac Disease. It’s been a little overwhelming, but we’ve already noticed a difference thankfully. I’m also supposed to be on bed rest, but that’s turned into bEdREsT. I’m thankful for friends who are sending us dinners and showing us unwavering support. It’s so humbling to have people show up for you in your time of need, but so appreciated. They are our people.

The countdown is into single digits! Only 9 weeks left until our due date! Although trying to take that with a pinch of salt and expecting bubs to arrive anywhere between 6 and 11 weeks time really, it’s still getting very real!
Time to start really taking our preparation seriously, and these are the 2 main books on my list to get through before the big day comes. I am finding that the more I learn, the more I read, the more confident and calm I am feeling about my birth, despite knowing, and trying to accept, it could all go completely differently to how I imagine it!
There is so much information out there, and like they say, knowledge is power, and who doesn’t want to feel powerful when making their birth decisions!

A mozgás számomra még mindig nagyon jól esik várandósság alatt 🙏 Ez persze az Én testem, az Én igényeim, de nem vagyunk egyformák, így a várandósság alatti igényeink is különbözőek. Én arra törekszem, hogy megadjam azt a testemnek és a babának, amire valóban szüksége van. Telnek a hetek, csak úgy rohan az idő, és hihetetlen érezni ezt a kis csodát odabenn a pocakomban. Nincs nála nagyobb ajándék nekünk 🙏 Tényleg olyan más ez az állapot. Hálás vagyok a testemnek, hiszen abszolút kellemetlenségek nélkül éltem meg az eddigi hónapokat. Úgy gondolom, hogy mindez köszönhető annak, hogy előtte és alatta is mozogtam és erősítettem a testem, hogy jó kondícióban legyen, tartsanak az izmok ott, ahol kell. A testtudat nagyon fontos és érdemes vele foglalkozni, gyakorolni, hogy az ember valóban, mélyen összekapcsolódjon a forrásával és megérezze mire vágyik igazán. Bízom benne, hogy a szülés beindulásával, illetve alatta is segítségemre lesz a tudatosság, hiszen azt hiszem mindennél nagyobb szüksége van egy nőnek olyankor erre. Had my first ever Baby Shower this past weekend at 31wks!🥰🌵🦙💐
🌵I had a great time with family & friends. It was a very special day but also an exhausting day. My feet 🦶🏻were like sausages when it was over! 😂😜 Hubby has to help me put my heels on & take them off. Little things like that are hard to do these days!
🦙It’s also hard to sleep through the night. I wake up every 2 hours to pee & it’s so hard to get comfy. Not to mention I’m always out of breath.😆
🌵 A couple weeks ago I caught a horrible virus. Not sure what it was but I had a fever for 3 days 😳 but thankfully we got through it & I’m much better now. Being pregnant & sick is super hard! All I could take was Tylenol. .
🦙When I was 30wks baby was measuring 3lbs 4oz. He’s around the 50th percentile. He’s a little guy. I’m thinking he will weigh around 6-7lbs when he’s born. Next ultrasound is Friday & I hope we get a good picture this time. He’s head down, which seems to be his favorite position. .
🌵I’ve experienced some low pelvic cramps & tenderness. I don’t think I’ve had any Braxton Hicks yet though. This is my first so I’m not sure how it’ll feel! .

This has been my favourite ‘offseason’ so far 😉🤰🏻
Despite these ho-hum side laterals, my energy was gooood today! A little too good... as I grow, that heart rate is sneakily creeping up in my cardio sessions (I’m trying to stay below 150 bpm) and it doesn’t take much 😝 I’m loving that my strength is all there still 👍🏻 .
Others have commented and praised my staying active throughout my pregnancy: let me tell you, it’s NOT always easy!! Some days are definitely better than others. Some days the littlest thing gets me out breath; some days I’m mad that I can’t do all that I once did. But I will say if it wasn’t for my consistently active lifestyle & discipline BEFORE getting pregnant, there’s no way I’d be able to be as active as I have. Start early- that’s my advice. Don’t wait until you think ‘you’re ready’ to have kids, and definitely don’t start a program the minute you become pregnant. It pays to be prepared. I hope my efforts will pay off during labour & my postpartum recovery... stay tuned 😉😅

So thankful my shirt didn’t rip while I was out...oh wait, it did! 🤣
I am determined to show off this amazing body I work so hard for and I refuse to buy a bunch of maternity clothes that I will potentially never wear.
I am celebrating the fact that the majority of my closet still fits, some better than others. *ahem* Can you say stretchy material? 💯
That is 1000000% due to the fact that I have a simple, supportive, solution to make sure I focus on me, every single day! 🙌🏻
But to be honest, a lot of my clothes didn’t fit when I wasn’t pregnant. Some I stuffed myself into and was so uncomfortable. Any bulging (dreaded back fat) anything clinging to my stomach or “love” handles had to be hidden by baggy clothes, masked in black.
I hated looking in the mirror at myself.
It wasn’t because I was “fat”, which I would call myself often, it was because the extra “fat” on my body was a constant reminder of how I was treating myself and the choices I continued to make.
When I started treating my body with respect, love, and fuel more consistently than not (because I’m not perfect we all have our days) I was able to see that reflected in the mirror.
✨My smile was shining bright
❤️I was shedding the weight and gaining love
🔥I was so proud and confident in myself

We survived half term (just 🙄) Martyn was working all week so we didn't really get out as I can barely take myself out at the moment never mind 2 children !
Penny turned into a hairdresser 😭 she didn't do to bad of a job in all honesty! But we are going to get it sort propally tomorrow as there is only in person I will that with the girls hair 💕🙈 It just makes me think the next half term I'll be even more ready than I am now to have this baby and we will of also been married 😱.
Aslong as I manage to walk down the aisle I will be happy. But everything is become increasingly harder by the day now, the only day I regularly go out is a Wednesday morning and I'm even debating how much longer I can manage that now but I don't want mine or my mams only day we get out to not happen!
Baby seems very happy and healthy right now which I'm glad about so ima soldier on and get through this even if it is at a very slow pace 😂

Pregnancy is such a special feeling and experience. Each and everyday, a living baby is growing inside of you. You feel the baby move, feel their limbs and it’s really magnificent.
