🍂 Fall’s brilliant paint box makes a beautiful consolation prize to the end of summer. In fact, autumn holds its own as one of the best seasons to visit British Columbia because of the changing fall colours. Sure, you need to throw on a few extra layers for chilly nights. But by day it’s often crisp, sunny afternoons and blue skies aplenty. 🍁

Many people who are going through the early stages of the awakening process are no longer certain what their outer purpose is. What drives the world no longer drives them. Seeing the madness of our civilisation so clearly, they feel somewhat alienated from the culture around them. Some feel that they inhabit a no-man's-land between two worlds. They are no longer run by the ego, yet the arising awareness has not yet become fully integrated into their lifes. Inner and outer purpose have not merged. - Eckhart Tolle

Just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to everyone who has encouraged me to continue to take photos, and learn and grow. That have encouraged me to press on through pain, and have pushed me to be the best me I can be. Thank you to those who have liked and commented on my photos and taken the time to give me tips to improve. Also thank you to those who have said kind things privately or publicly to encourage me to keep sharing my story, my struggles, my strengths, my pain, my faith and my life. Thank you for helping me fight depression, boredom, fatigue, frustration and insecurity.
If you've read this, Thank you!
What an amazing weekend at the West Coast Women Show! I wanted to take the time to thank everyone who came to our booth, and supported our company. My friends who came to visit me and brought me food, Sabrina, Ravinder and Lali. Also

Daryl from End of the Roll in Langley, for providing me with the amazing floor! To these two beautiful souls, slide to see photos, Janey & Kaylani who enlightened my weekend with hugs and positive energy!
Last, but not least I am grateful for my family who supports and loves me unconditionally!
Congrats to all the businesses who were part of the show!
I’m so EXCITED! An amazing local company has decided to share my story via a wonderful bath inn they have created. This is the second year in a row! EVERY DOLLAR they make in profit goes to my favorite charity @metavivor Click link in bio to check them out!
