🍬 shoulder tap w plank jack at the same time then down onto arms and back up

Today I prepared a HIIT workout for you so you can get your cardio in super quick.
You have to all know that endless cardio workouts on treadmill and running, elliptical whatsoever will not lead you to the right results.
A High Intensity Interval Training will have big impact yout on body, muscles and joints therefore they are highly effective and you also don't need to do more of these than 2 times a week 15-25minutes.

This is the way of smart training, why would you run for 1 hour when a 20 min HIIT give you the same or better results, right.
Depending on your time complete the above 6 exercises for 2,3 or 4 circuits.
Depending on your fitness level keep 10, 20 or 30 seconds break between the exercises and leave 1 minute break between circuits

Con este ejercicio se trabajan principalmente los músculos de las piernas, sobre todo, los cuádriceps. Aunque si los pies se sitúan en la parte baja de la plataforma de la máquina éstos se trabajarán de manera prioritaria, mientras que si los pies se apoyan en la parte alta de la plataforma se solicitarán sobre todo los glúteos e isquiotibiales.

También podemos incidir en aductores si separamos más los pies y estos se colocan cerca de los laterales de la plataforma, mientras que si los juntamos más sobre la plataforma, el esfuerzo recaerá sobre todo, en los cuádriceps.

Este ejercicio, como podemos ver, emplea el mismo movimiento que la sentadilla o squat pero con el soporte y la guía durante el recorrido de la máquina o prensa a 45 grados. Por ello, es un movimiento ideal para personas que sufran de dolores o molestias en la espalda o para aquellos que por alguna razón, no pueden realizar sentadillas.
