Wednesday’s leg day done! ✅ Had a good leg workout feeling great.... You know once you start doing this lifestyle of dieting and daily exercise you learn a lot of things, specially about yourself. The lifestyle I had before was slowly killing me, thinking about how I see things differently and change my habits really opens your eyes I was really going down hill ... I’m so glad I made this change... Tbh.. I did it for another reason initially but I realized I was all wrong all along.... I need to do this for myself and myself only and not for anybody else. I wanna be a better version of me before I hit 30. I wanna show people that anybody can lose weight. All you have to do is GET OFF YOUR ASS, EAT HEALTHY, DRINK WATER and MOVE. That’s it lots of patience, consistency and motivation. So I’ve had a few ppl who also had knee injuries ask me how I was able to bounce back to 100% and the answer is simple...Patience, Dedication, and Consistency. A year ago this time I was coming off of a second surgery thinking I’d never get back to how I used to be.
These are basic exercises but this is just a glimpse of how I’ve been able to bounce back. Still have more strengthening to do but I honestly feel stronger now than I did prior to my injury.

Setting goals is one of the most important parts of bettering yourself and being successful in your work. Here are a few examples of goals you can set. They are all beneficial in there own right, but you should only pick what works for your needs.
Many people wonder why I create content. Like many other people, I have been inspired watching the growth and success of many other entrepreneurs and how they can impact others. I want to be able to provide my audience with information that is accurate and concise so they are able to better themselves. While I have been inspired by others, it is my hope that I will be able to be the inspiration of the future.
Starting new things can be challenging but really you are pretty good at doing this already. It’s like everything else that you have learned over the years. At first they seemed hard like walking, talking, tying your shoes. Those things took time but you keep at it. Through consistency what seemed difficult gradually became easier. May is be getting out of bed or on to your mat, your asana practice, learning music, studying the śāstras (sacred texts), attempting to speak a new language or silencing the monkey mind, it is all possible if you keep trying.
One of the things that I find helpful is setting the same time daily then it becomes part of your routine. .
