  • Finca Don Porfirio, Sears @centrohistorico
This is your secret to getting a million-peso view of the Palacio de Bellas Artes, an art museum in the center of the city with a multi-colored roof. If you come at a busy time, you may have to wait on a little line, and that’s because they don’t let anyone stand around - all guests get seated at tables or at the bar stools that line the wall where you can look out at the view.

The menu consists of coffee drinks and small beverages like the San Pellegrino sparkling water in a can that Becca had here. To get to the cafe, take the elevator straight back when you walk into Sears, and go to the top floor! There, you’ll find the cafe near the home goods section. 📸: @cali2bajalife @jonasapproved @janet0231 @atzin33 @k.l.h.g 📍 Av. • Close to the Lacandon jungle and the Usumacinta River, which divides Mexico and Guatemala, dozens of waterfalls dot the landscape. One of the most majestic of these falls has to be Agua Azul. The Agua Azul waterfalls are located roughly 40 miles from Palenque and 80 miles from San Cristobal de las Casas in the state of Chiapas, southern Mexico. The waterfalls get their name, Agua Azul, meaning Blue Water, perhaps rather obviously because the water thundering down it has a bright blue hue. Their incredible color is, in fact, because the high mineral content of the water, which deposits itself on the rock. The limestone-rich deposits also give the waterfall an interesting undulating shape. The best season to visit the Blue waterfall it is during the winter and spring, when the blue and turquoise tones are purer, since in the rainy season from June to October the water of the River becomes cloudy or it turns green or brown due to the increase of its flow, but even in these seasons the visit is well worth it. At the entrance to the falls, where the water pools, you can generally swim and enjoy the view of the cascades from below. There are also other areas higher up the falls where you can cool off in the clear waters...Enjoy the beautiful waters and views of the waterfalls is an experience that can not be overlooked in your trip through southern Mexico. If you love nature, this is the best place in my country that I can recommend...#mexico 🇲🇽🇲🇽 #chiapas #chiapasmexico #aguaazulwaterfalls #cascadasdeaguaazul #adventure #adventuretime #travel #travelmexico🇲🇽 #discovermexico #mexicodesconocido #descubremexico #viajemostodospormexico #viaje #ilovemexico #traveler #culture #cultura #travelculture #culturaviajera #worldexplorer #mexicosorprendente #viajarmehacefeliz #nature #waterfall

  • This day actually nothing went according to plan, but somehow I still I managed to find my way to la sierra de órganos and back. It included a failed attempt at finding a laundry service, two failed attempts at getting cash at two different banks, no breakfast, because I didn't find anyone selling sandwhiches plus going to a restaurant takes too much time when you're already late, one wrong bus station so two buses to get to my destination and a super pricey taxi, because there are no local buses driving out to this wonderful park. The return started of smooth with a working phone number of my taxi driver (already had an experience where I wrote down the wrong number so yey :D) and him coming to pick me up in a timely manner, getting a delicious fried chicken with mole and a direct bus who was supposed to leave in 15 minutes, so perfect. The only slight deviation of a perfect return was a pretty big accident in the middle of the desert at a place with no reception with a waiting time of approximately four hours. The wait wasn't too bad since the bus had onboard intertainment, but I imagen that was also the reason it took so long for the ambulance to arrive so not good. In the end I was in bed at 1.30 am having experienced a lot of wonderful adventurous things in one day. #crazywonderfulday

  • Every kiss begins with que(so). 🧀
-
Guys, I’m not exaggerating when I say these are the BEST 👏🏾 TACOS 👏🏾ON 👏🏾THE 👏🏾PLANET 👏🏾. The juice... the guac... the verde sauce... OMG! I added a pinch of fresh lime to top it off for the perfect burst of flavor. I could cry. I might cry (happy tears, of course).
-
If you haven’t already added this to your bucket list, get a sharpie and do it now!!

  • 😍‼️DIME QUE VISITARÁS MALINALCO‼️😍
•
