  • Although we love our spirits, sometimes we think we’d be better off moving into wine... Despite the majority of us distillers being on the smaller side, our industry is taxed higher than any other type of alcohol. We also don’t receive any government concessions the way the wine industry does. For a government that claims to be about supporting small business, we think they’re doing a pretty terrible job. Blackberry Tizzy - 7.8% Sour Ale - Bourbon barrel aged blackberry sour. --
Dear Peter - 6% Wild Ale - Lactobacillus, Brettanomyces, Nectarines, aged on oak --- Genesis - 6.6% Sour Ale - Genesis is brewed with over 200 lbs of Mango, Papaya, Goava and Pineapple and aged for 6-12 months in a variation of white wine barrels. --
Metatropics - 6.2% American Wild Ale - Pineapple, Passionfruit, Mango, Grapefruit, and Brettanomyces --
Terra Merita - 5.8% Sour Ale - Fermented with Apricots and Turmeric. --
Marina - 6.5% Sour Ale - Marina is a blonde sour ale aged in wine barrels with over one pound per gallon of peaches and apricots. --
Recurrant - 7.6% Sour Ale - Formerly of the Canvas Series, Recurrant is a deep, vibrant, red sour ale that begins its life by aging in freshly emptied cabernet barrels on over 1 pound per gallon of black currants. --

  • よろしく! Tea and beer. Two of my favorite things in the whole world. A #westcoastipa brewed with #earlgrey. I was pleasantly surprised how good this beer is. 
Upon popping the can my nose was flooded with Yuzu and citrus hop aromas. Somewhere in all of that citrus intensity, I could pick up notes of Earl Grey.  From the onset my pallet was saturated in citrus which then subsides into a smooth Earl Grey flavor. A nice full-bodied juicy, creamy beer.

Kudos to @hitachinonesthk and @beavertownbeer 🍻
