It’s strawberry processing day! We have 120 lbs (10 flats) of berries to sanitize, process, and add to the beer. We use whole fruit (berry & leaves) so that there is minimal waste. Check out our stories for more behind the scenes! 🍓🍻 • #farmfreshpint#farmtopint
Although we love our spirits, sometimes we think we’d be better off moving into wine... Despite the majority of us distillers being on the smaller side, our industry is taxed higher than any other type of alcohol. We also don’t receive any government concessions the way the wine industry does. For a government that claims to be about supporting small business, we think they’re doing a pretty terrible job. Please check out the link in our bio to sign our petition and share to help craft spirits grow. #drinklocal#supportlocal#craftdistilling#innerwest

Merch Monday: Peru Chonta⠀
Chontali is in the forested mountains that ring the Chunchucas river valley. The land surrounding Chontali ranges from 1,200 to 2,100 meters ASL, and specialty coffee is cultivated at up to 1,900 meters ASL. Café Chonta takes its name from the spiny palms that grow prolifically here and shelter many farms. The mountains of Chontali are steep, but the slopes become more moderate towards the tops, which allows for the cultivation of coffee. ⠀
Flavor: Milk chocolate, apple, caramel, and almond.
Got to celebrate my birthday a little early with my favorite people yesterday! Lunch at @grbrewingco and a Cirque show at Van Andel! It was an ice show and was freaking amazing!! Have you ever seen a Cirque show?! This was number 3 for me and they never cease to amaze me!
Notable changes on the board include *that* Unity cask of tropical yumminess, plus big sibling Seventh Son, a punchy IPA.
Even more local, we've got Eight Arch’s classic Quarterjack porter on keg plus a Brewshack IPA 🙌 Open from 4 pm!
Have we mentioned that our tasting room is... really pretty? 🙈
Come see us this week! If you picked up a flyer from us at Blue Crab Festival, it is good for 10% off all bottles through this Saturday! 🤩😯

I photographed this refreshing Charleston Ginger Tea for @nashvillelifestyles at @peglegporker awhile back. It features Peg Leg Porker's very own Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
I get messages in my in box on a regular basis where people tell me that we are ruining good whiskey by mixing it. The best way to enjoy whiskey or any other beverage is the way you enjoy it. Don't let other people tell you how to enjoy a drink. Drink it the way you like it.
よろしく！ Tea and beer. Two of my favorite things in the whole world. A #westcoastipa brewed with #earlgrey . I was pleasantly surprised how good this beer is.
Upon popping the can my nose was flooded with Yuzu and citrus hop aromas. Somewhere in all of that citrus intensity, I could pick up notes of Earl Grey. From the onset my pallet was saturated in citrus which then subsides into a smooth Earl Grey flavor. A nice full-bodied juicy, creamy beer.
