There’s a lot of great info on the internet, and there’s a lot of great workouts on here. But if you don’t have the right plan (the right workout split for muscle groups, nutrition information for your goals, and actual direction to do the right moves, take the right rest days, do the right cardio… oh my gosh that’s a lot of “right’s”) you’re not going to progress as much or as quickly as you’d like! My plans break it down so it’s easy - you know what you’re doing every single day and you know what you need to be eating to reach your goals! .

Hi guys 👋🏻 This is a proper awkward smile, sun in my eyes me kinda selfie 😅 but I’m uploading it because I have just finished my run and I am on my 2nd week of #couchto5k and I feel so good for it!
The funny thing about this picture as well is that I know I don’t look my best and a year ago I would have deleted it but now I don’t really care 😂 I think you have all seen me at my worse by now and you know what, that’s life. Don’t let confidence stop you from doing anything you want to do because you’re doing it for you and to potentially help someone else 🌸
Getting out and exercising for just 30 minutes x3 times a week is actually really simple and I don’t know why I ever gave up going to the gym. I feel in my element just having some headspace and being around nature.
