How you ask? 
Well they dont see themselves the way you do- They can only see themselves through eyes that have been trained by society to see nothing but imperfections and flaws, that have been damaged by the twisted standards, that only see everything they are not, not everything they are. 
What you see and know is only what they display or reveal to you, And you'd never guess what happens behind closed doors. But how would you ever know?
Never assume someones life is perfect from the perspective of outside looking in. Never assume someone must be happy because they have your "goal body". Physically looking a certain way and having the ideal life, has no relation to someones level of happiness. Be kind to everyone, you just never know what they are going through behind closed doors.

  • When I first started training, all I would do is study the game. From strength & conditioning to recovery, to business. My main goal has always been to help as many people as possible, but I always felt limited. Then one day I came across CBD and spent the next few months studying it endlessly. 
Cannabidiol or CBD is one of the many cannabinoids found in various plants and is also present in the cannabis family. CBD is commonly mistaken for having a negative connotation due to its relation to marijuana, where it is present, although none of Canncentrate’s products are derived from it. Canncentrate’s CBD comes from hemp, where it’s concentration levels are considerably higher than marijuana’s, but yields THC so passing a drug test will be a breeze and there will be no “high” feeling. 
Since the World Anti-Doping Agency lifted its ban on CBD, many athletes have been gravitating to its benefits. A great time to take Canncentrate would be would be post-workout, where your muscles are tight and tired.. You’re body will feel like it just took a muscle relaxer. You can even take CBD as a pre-workout due to the fact that it stabilizes blood sugar so you’ll have more stamina, you’re pain threshold will be larger so grueling workouts won’t be as bad, and you’ll also feel an increase in focus and decrease in anxiety. 
Upon my years of training, I’ve noticed many athletes lack proper recovery due to their inability to fall asleep at night, or they were out gettin’ lit 🤷🏾‍♂️ CBD’s ability to fight insomnia is a great addition to the many powerful benefits of this “super cannabinoid”. Take it before bed & this shit gone put you to sleep 😴

И мир совершенно в других красках, нет не серости, ни грязи. Точнее все это есть, но абсолютно не замечается. Есть только Вы и большее никого. Окрылённые до безумия, готовые на безбашенные поступки, думаете только друг о друге, разноцветные бабочки внутри живота порхают и приносят невероятное ощущение лёгкости. А счастье - оно просто переполняет вас из нутри. Вселенная знала, что именно это необходимо для вас поэтому свела двух людей, так жаждущих найти друг друга. Губы, руки, тело и прочее это только лишь инструменты, которые позволяют дотронуться до части любимой души, именно до души, которую ты так сильно обожаешь. Обожаешь до безумия! Это эйфория! 🔹Did you know that there is a high correlation between forward head posture (FHP) and mouth breathing and tongue posture, and that to address the real cause of FHD, you must first address your breathing habits (check out previous post on that topic)

. ⛔️Improper breathing habits cause the mandible to move back. ⏮The mandible is attached to the sternum through the hyoid musculature, as such, the further forward ⏩the head translates, the higher the tension of posterior mandibular pull through the hyoid structures will become .

This chain reaction 🔻🔺causes swayback posture and clavicular depression, which both contribute to forward head posture.

I must emphasize that no amount of exercising/stretch can ever FIX muscle imbalances. It’s a complete myth. .
. 🔎 The only way to truly permanently alter posture/forward head posture, is by changing/altering habits by altering the way the premotor cortex influences muscle tone. This CANNOT be done on a conscious level (our programs develop this concept extensively - check link in bio for more info)

. ✅ To correct forward head posture, one MUST address tongue posture (see my previous posts on that topic)

. ✅ Your habits (breathing) influence your level of mobility, and your level of mobility will influence your movement patterns! .

Here are two stretches that are complimentary to posture correction

1️⃣SCM Stretch - right rotation for left SCM .
.

2️⃣Ant. Scalene -  left rotation/extension for left ant.scalene
.
. 👉🏼hold the stretch out for 30-60 seconds each side, then switch sides, you will probably notice one side is tighter than the other side
.
