  • El té que siempre me da los Buenos días 😜☕️☀️ !!! llevo 7 años  despertando con la nutrición de @herbalife y wow los cambios han sido increíbles, no sabes lo mal que te sentías hasta que descubres que te puedes sentir tan bien! There are two types of exercise: working out, and working in.  Move and Improve is about working in.  It’s about maintaining the body’s equilibrium, working on flexibility, mobility, and the core. As well as an introduction to movement patterns and body awareness it can also be utilised by people in higher intensity programmes - As a form of active recovery, whether between sessions in the week or as a way of keeping things ticking over during longer rest.

Learn to Lift 7:30am Wednesdays starting 5th February

A team training class with a difference, Learn to Lift is designed for people that need a bit of help getting started before they join the more intense classes. It is also designed for current members who would like some extra technical coaching.  Ranging from 1-4 participants, Learn to Lift has a focus on movement re-education. Each session will run through two to four sets of five to six movements.  The key here is that these movements are taken back to their most basic format, slowed down, and with a heavy focus on technique.  Learn to lift is ideal for members that are severely deconditioned, have imbalances or restrictions, or are lacking the confidence to step straight into the flow of one of the other more intense sessions.

Available to members for FREE and non members at £6 per session
