It’s literally 5 in the morning as I write this but I’m gonna post later... I wanted to talk about staying motivated bc people ask me this a lot and I thought I had it all figured out until recently. The last few weeks have been good and bad in a lot of ways but truth be told I haven’t been very motivated. And if this is a problem with anyone I will ‼️LITERALLY go 1 BY 1 THRU MY DM AND TALK TO EVERYONE that asks for help‼️. I feel like in life the thing that makes us as humans feel good is a feeling of validation and an idea that we’re of value/help to others. For me I wanna be helpful to people that come to me for advice/help no matter what for bc I know what it feels like to not have that help, I want to have a successful future, help the people I love, etc. but it hasn’t been effecting me the same way as it did before. So even as I write this, I’m looking for new reasons why I’m doing the things I do bc something obviously isn’t there. And I might not figure it out today or tomorrow but eventually I will If this is an issue you have, you need to dig deep and find that one thing that lights a fire in you. It might change from time to time but it’s always there. Maybe it’s a life purpose or someone you love, or something someone said to you that hurt or helped you. But I get DMs all the time about how I stay motivated and the simple answer is I’m not always motivated, I don’t always feel super happy, and I get frustrated too, that’s life. And lately things suck and I’m not used to feeling that way BUT THATS OKAY! It just means it’s time for me to reassess the things I’m doing and why. I don’t wanna be just another person on social media putting on some facade because It’s so easy to show a false reality through these platforms depicting that everything is always perfect when it’s not so don’t believe any of that bullshit. Fuck what people have to say about you. Fuck what everyone thinks except the people that care. And take all that negative shit and laugh it off and keep going bc it doesn’t fucking matter, anyone successful in one way or another and to any extent always had or has people trying to bring them down or talk shit or

The human body is an incredible thing. This is not what I look like at rest. At all. 🔹
When I'm standing at rest, I look thin, athletic, but not muscular. But catch me after a workout and ask me to flex, and my body is entirely different. When @alainarocci took this photo, she yelled "oh my God do that again you just turned into the Hulk!" 😂 I wouldn't have believed it was me if she hadn't snapped the shot and then immediately turned the camera around to show me. Time and time again I've been shocked by what my own body looks like and can do. 🔹
The human body never ceases to amaze me. We take advantage of all it does and is capable of doing, and it isn't until we lose some sort of functionality that we begin to appreciate it. 🔹
Do something today to appreciate and thank your body for everything it does for you. Nourish it with good nutrition, go to bed that extra hour earlier, go for a walk, practice some mindfulness. Do something today your body will love you for. You are given one life with one body, treat it right.

Pull up progression! Here are some of the pull ups I’ve been working on. For most of these slides, they go together: first slide=negative pull up / second slide=pull ups.
• chin ups • hammer pull ups • og pull ups (SO fkn hard for me, as you can tell in the videos haha 😫) • & last two slides are alternate grip pull ups (thought I reversed my hands in the last one, but I didn’t 🤦🏽♀️)
What other pull ups should I start doing?!
4 MONTH PROGRESS
Slight, but it’s so rewarding to see what consistency can do! Was always hesitant about working out Back because I thought it wouldn’t look feminine. I shifted my focus toward becoming STRONGER instead of how I looked & man it’s crazy the difference it’s made.
Started working out my back in April, when i was going to the gym around 5 times a week.
June I was going 7 days.
July was patchy, but it feels amazing to be back. -
Find what you love and show up every day, especially the days you DON’T feel like it. It’s only the beginning💪🏼
