  • You ever just crave some mac n cheese?! I mixed my fav @eatbanza with my fav @traderjoes vegan cheese dip and boom 💥 instant healthier mac n cheese 🧀  I paired it with some asparagus and a tuna burger for my greens & protein💪🏼 On another note, I am SO excited to go home this weekend and see my fam and most importantly my dog🤪🐶💓 I  hope y’all have had a great week! 💥الأولى و هيا القلب الطيب الذي يخلو من الحسد -
💥 الثانية و هيا أن تفتح عقلك دائما للمعلومات حتى ان كانت من رياضي اقل منك مستوى او حتى ان كان لديه يوم واحد في القاعة الرياصية وتقري على كل صغيرة أو كبيرة قبل أن تستعملها او ينصحك بها شخصا اخر -
💥الثالثة و اهم شيء هو الاخلاق و التواضع اياك ثم إياك ان تتكبر او ديرو اخويا الدوباج ولا غيرو و كل واحد يكون مسؤول عن نفسه و تبعو اللي بغيتو لم اعد قادرا على الحديث او الدخول في هذه المشاكل كنا نريد أن نقوم بالتوعية و اقتسام هذه التجربة الصغيرة للأسف واقيلا غادي نتخاصمو غير مع الناس ، نخليو المشعل و الكلمة للنقاذ و صحاب الكريتيك .

  • My passion for training and improving individuals quality of life through fitness is deep rooted. The 6 month mark has passed since I opened my doors and must say it's been a blur. The support has been an incredible blessing, however I caught myself. I caught myself grinding and pushing to prove to those who never believed in me, who doubted, who said I couldn't make it, who said I would fail, I was working so hard to prove them wrong that I was forgetting to live. On my way home from work in December after a long day, I pulled over and broke down in tears, saying to myself "I will not let them win", "I will show them". A few minutes later I realized that is not my WHY! That is not the reason I started this business. This journey I am on is about the about the people who do believe in me and support me, the lives ive changed, the amazing and growing community I am building! NOT about those who DO NOT believe me in. So I said enough, and I Immediately realigned my mindset. From that day forward, I grind for my #SPARTRIBE, I grind for my community, I GRIND FOR MY WHY!

  • Probably my most requested workout video at the minute is my ‘abs workout’. Truth be told I don’t have one!

I don’t really train abs when i do i just like to do a couple of hanging leg raises to challenge my core strength at the end of a session... more just messing around... not a workout. 
I’d say my toned stomach comes more from my compound lifts and nutrition rather than training abs as such!

However these are a couple of movements I like to do now n then when messing about with my core strength😋

It goes without saying but if your looking to get ‘abs’ or stomach definition you will need to get into a calorie deficit to lower your body fat😘🤗

  • Easy Turkish Kebabs

450g chicken breast, diced
5 wooden skewers
2 tsps olive oil
1 red bell-pepper, diced
1 yellow bell-pepper, diced
1 small red onion, peeled and cut into quarters 
for the marinade:
2 tbsps Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 heaped tsp ground coriander
a pinch of ground black pepper
1 heaped tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
a pinch of sea salt
juice of 1 lemon

Makes 5 kebabs
Per kebab:
198 calories
6g fat
8g carbs
28g protein

Place all marinade ingredients into a large bowl and stir well. Add the chicken and stir to cover well. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or overnight if you have time.

Immerse the wooden skewers in cold water and soak for 30 minutes.

Prepare a medium grill. Line the grill tray with tin foil.

Thread pieces of chicken, bell-pepper, and onion onto each skewer. Repeat until all of the chicken has been used up. Aim for a total of 5 kebabs.

Place the kebabs on the tin foil. Brush the onions and peppers lightly with olive oil.

Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning every 4-5 minutes. Remove from the grill when the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Store any leftover kebabs in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Serving suggestion:
Serve with a side salad and / or steamed rice
