Für diejenigen, die selbst Instagram aktiv betreiben, ist diese Frage wahrscheinlich selbst erklärend. 
Jedoch unterhalte ich mich in meinem privaten und beruflichen Umfeld mit sehr vielen Menschen, die meine Arbeit hier verfolgen.

Kurz und knapp kann ich einfach sagen, dass es mir aktuell mega viel Spaß macht. Da ich sowieso täglich durch meinen Beruf mit dem Thema Sport und Ernährung in Verbindung stehe, versuche ich das auch in Form meines Accounts zu verkörpern.😃

Ich spreche mittlerweile viele Themen an, die unheimlich viele Menschen und vorallem (junge) Mädchen und Frauen betreffen. Themen, mit den ich mich bereits selbst auseinander setzen musste. Vorallem in Bezug auf das Thema Körper, Fitness und Ernährung. Ich möchte Klarheit schaffen. 🔍

It’s literally 5 in the morning as I write this but I’m gonna post later... I wanted to talk about staying motivated bc people ask me this a lot and I thought I had it all figured out until recently. The last few weeks have been good and bad in a lot of ways but truth be told I haven’t been very motivated. And if this is a problem with anyone I will ‼️LITERALLY go 1 BY 1 THRU MY DM AND TALK TO EVERYONE that asks for help‼️. I feel like in life the thing that makes us as humans feel good is a feeling of validation and an idea that we’re of value/help to others.  For me I wanna be helpful to people that come to me for advice/help no matter what for bc I know what it feels like to not have that help, I want to have a successful future, help the people I love, etc. but it hasn’t been effecting me the same way as it did before. So even as I write this, I’m looking for new reasons why I’m doing the things I do bc something obviously isn’t there. And I might not figure it out today or tomorrow but eventually I will If this is an issue you have, you need to dig deep and find that one thing that lights a fire in you.  It might change from time to time but it’s always there. Maybe it’s a life purpose or someone you love, or something someone said to you that hurt or helped you.  But I get DMs all the time about how I stay motivated and the simple answer is I’m not always motivated, I don’t always feel super happy, and I get frustrated too, that’s life.  And lately things suck and I’m not used to feeling that way BUT THATS OKAY!  It just means it’s time for me to reassess the things I’m doing and why. I don’t wanna be just another person on social media putting on some facade because It’s so easy to show a false reality through these platforms depicting that everything is always perfect when it’s not so don’t believe any of that bullshit.  Fuck what people have to say about you. Fuck what everyone thinks except the people that care. And take all that negative shit and laugh it off and keep going bc it doesn’t fucking matter, anyone successful in one way or another and to any extent always had or has people trying to bring them down or talk shit or

Were going into the 4th quarter of the year.

🏈Growing up playing football, the 4th quarter is where the men were separated from the boys.

Where the playmakers make big plays.

Well this year has been a big game for me and now it’s time to double down on the effort.

It’s time to make some big plays and I couldn’t be more focused and fired up to do so!

So here's the thing, I see a lot of people post no equipment workouts, but a lot of them require jumping. Jumping is great, don't get me wrong! But we do need to give variety for those who are not at that level yet or are recovering from injury. 🙏🏾Here's some variations I tried last week with @royalty_sis 🤗

1. Around the world Lunges (Includes reverse Lunge, forward Lunge, lateral lunge, and Curtsy Lunge) 3 sets x 20 reps
2. Inverted Row, 3 sets x 15 reps
3. Hamstring curl, 3 sets x 15 reps
4. Tricep Dips, 4 sets x 15  reps
5. Assisted V-Ups, 4 sets x 20 reps
6. Glute Bridges, 3 sets x 20 reps

Overweight is a disease. 
Even if (slight) overweight supposedly does not seem to be bad - I did not realize it - it has many problems in the long run. 
The longer we are overweight, the more health problems and sick years we will have in old age. ,
It was the best decision to finally take my life into my own hands. 
I changed my diet sustainably, started sports, abandoned old habits and opened myself up to new things. 
I can tell you, it's not complicated if you know how to do it. .

We met in Costa Rica last year at Superhero Academy. I know that sounds cheesy, but if you knew who was in attendance, you would know that it was truly a Superhero’s Academy. It was a blessing to be invited for sure! I felt so out of place being around these witches and wizards, world-shakers, shape-shifters, enlightened beings, and revolutionaries. Truly everyone there was on a soul-mission to change the world, and many of them already had. Artists and Entrepreneurs ranging from New York Times Bestsellers to Forbes 30-under-30’s, to Wizards on galactic realignment missions.
