It’s only been three weeks since my last competition. Even though I’ve been active while on vacation, I’m still fitting in workouts and being careful with my food intake as I start prep again soon.

Fitness should be APART of your life
It does not mean you wear gym clothes 24/7 or are in the gym everyday for hours everyday. You only need a few days a week and a little determination 😁
People think you need a fancy gym to get results.... nah.
When I first shared my results 3 years ago from a 3 week program where I completely changed my body I was flooded with questions,
“Did you cut carbs?”
“You must live at the gym.”
“Do you even eat?” (Argh 🤦🏼♀️)
“Personal trainer bills?”
As if you couldn’t get a great transformation in your basement with a WiFi personal trainer, support from a coach, Walmart weights, FOOD, dressed in whatever I want with my family still sleeping upstairs. So my answer.... nope nope nope.
I don’t cut carbs (don’t even know how to count them) I eat WAY more than even my husband does. My personal trainer(S) are already paid off and on WiFi. And I haven’t stepped foot in a gym in 7 years. Working out is my love language 😍💪🏻 and WORKING from home is my dream, so I put them together #enneagram3#dreamcometrue
