vanilla chai spiced pumpkin protein oats ☕️:
MIX the following in a pot,
- 1/4c mashed sweet potato
- 1/3c pumpkin (the real deal)
- 1/2c gf rolled or quick oats
- handful chopped walnuts (optional)
- splash of vanilla
ONCE mixed all together, put the pot on medium heat on the stovetop and stir until boiling (tip - use a spatula, not a spoon), then turn it to medium-low and let thicken up. THEN turn on low and add the following,
- 1tsp vegan butter - 1 scoop @ancientnutrition vanilla chai cbd multi collagen ultra - 1tsp maca (optional)
KEEP mixing and let flavors combine (you may need a little water, it’ll be thick). once it thickens up and combines, take the pot off the stove and pour into bowl, top with what you’d like then serve! ENJOY!!!

Chunky, Creamy Vegan Roasted Pepper and Tomato Soup 🍅🌶 🥣
It’s sweater weather and soup season! Jk, I live in California, and it’s not quite there yet lol. My sister and I both aren’t feeling too well so I decided to make some tomato soup 😋. The flavors came out deliciously bold and it’s surprisingly creamy 😍
Ingredients - Characters
2 cups Tomato purée
1- 1 1/2 cups water, depending on thick you’d like it
3-4 cloves of Garlic, minced
3 large roasted peppers, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp vegan cream cheese, I used Miyoko’s
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp raw sugar
1 tsp chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Method - Tale
1. In a medium saucepan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil on low medium heat. Once heated, add garlic and sauté
2. In a grinder, add roasted red peppers and 1 tbsp olive oil. Grind thoroughly
3. Once garlic has browned, lower the heat to low and add roasted red peppers and oil mixture, along with vegan cream cheese. Mix well and cook until it starts bubbling and the cream cheese has melted
4. Add tomato purée, water, oregano, chives, sugar, and salt. Mix well and cook on low medium until boiled. Stir occasionally. Taste and adjust seasonings
5. Once boiled, cook for another 5-10 mins. Pour into serving bowls, top with black pepper. Serve hot and with a side of vegan garlic bread, grilled cheese, and/ or salad 🔥
Yields 3-4 servings
And they lived happily ever after 😋🙏🏼

Came to Red Lobster for the first time with a friend. We tried our dishes with seafood. All high-quality and handmade food. The rainbow trout was caught recently. Feels wild eating a newly caught fish. Biscuit is handmade with natural ingredients. Taste smooth and delicious. Could eat this all day. Lobster and shrimps were freshly caught. Import from Maine. Taste like living in the ocean. With fresh and cool water cover all around us. Salmon was great. Their food are wild-caught and farm-raised. The Heineken beer is nonalcoholic, made with natural ingredients. Taste like sparkling water. We enjoy having our meal here with all high-quality and handmade food. This is the place where Nicki Minaj worked. Also, the place where Jimmy Fallon did his “Tonight’s Show” with Nicki Minaj.
