  • Nothing sweeter than self development.

2 ½ months in I have went from 93.4 kg to 101 kg. 
Going forward; no booze, more sleep, stress less, work on those shoulders 😅

  • buona Pasqua, just remember you have to earn the calories you’re eating today...no fuckery get yourself to the gym hit some cardio and lift some heavy weight. There is no glory in being unhealthy life is short enough as it is, don’t make it shorter than it has to be. having some extra mouth pleasure will never give you the satisfaction of accomplishing your goals and adjusting to what you tell yourself. Happy Easter ladies and gents!

  • One of the biggest satisfactions with Calisthenics is seeing some beast athlete perform a certain skill or technique which looks impossible to you... But after many attempts, trial and error and frustration, one day you finally manage to do that yourself... Who would have thought? And it feels absolutely amazing! 🔥🔥

While these movements are all fundamental in strength development one of the most underappreciated and overlooked part of training is the accessory work you should be doing.

Here are three upper body accessories we use with The Baseline Program.

1. Single arm-Single leg DB Row
- Helps Back and core strength
2. Incline Tricep Extension
- Helps mid back and Triceps
3. KB Palm Press
- Helps Shoulder strength and stability

Accessories help us maintain a balanced development across both sides of the body, strengthen smaller stabilising muscles, tendons and ligaments, help prevent injury,  overdevelopment and overcompensation of one side more than another.
