I'm happy that it's been such sunny nice weather. I love this kind of jacket weather. It makes me smile. I'm thankful for crazy toddlers who take good naps...lol! And I'm thankful for my bed...it's comfy. I hope you can find the joy in the small things...I know when I do, it makes everything better.

I've heard a lot lately about my back pains and head colds being... "hypocritical". I had someone recently tell me "you claim essential oils make you healthier, but yet you still get this cold". Yep! I sure do! But... I know that I am boosting my immune system to fight it proactively vs. reactively only. My daily supplements and probiotics support me in ways I never though possible! My THIEVES products have saved so much of my time! Yes, its very true I have a head cold CRAZY 🙃 but I also have more energy to keep up with my kids then I'm used to. Yes, I have very severe sciatica problems. But I also dont give up on myself and know my limits. No, i dont do physical therapy, yes I do see a chiropractor and am definitely an active woman in my pregnancy.
Just a reminder, I appreciate good hearted advice. And will respect all opinions as they are your own. So please respect mine when I say, I am doing what I NEED to do. And I will ask for help, advice and suggestions when I need it, trust me 😍
Now this sweet sweet girl is finally feeling better after an emotional week of teething! Nap time and Momma is going to put her feet up and relax!
