  • Hit snooze this morning (mistake). Running out the door with a smoothie for breakfast (thank goodness for @dailyharvest). 😅 But sharing this oatmeal bowl from yesterday’s breakfast and my top three tips for how to take pretty food photos:
✖️ Find the place in your home that has the best natural lighting that isn’t too blue
✖️ Use a photo editing app for minor edits
✖️ Figure out a style that works for you and that you love - be creative! Maybe you use a board as a background or maybe your dog’s face is in the background of all of your photos (if this is the case, please let me know). Just do your thing because you’ll have more fun with it!

-1/2 cup rolled oats cooked on the stove according to package directions in 1 cup water — then added 1 tbsp chia seeds & 1 scoop @nuzest_usa vanilla clean lean protein (code KPINGITSIMPLE) + 1/4 cup egg whites — whisked til fluffy
Topped with blueberries, @georgiagrinders cinnamon vanilla pecan peanut butter, maple syrup, & hemp seeds

  • Weight loss vs. muscle gain protein shake ideas! 🥤 *Swipe to see 2 more!* Which combo is your fav?⠀

I often get asked “is a protein shake a good idea from someone who wants to lose weight?”. My answer to that is yes, because a shake can be an easy & convenient way to get in more protein and have a healthy snack.⠀

Now, you don’t have to get a protein powder if you don’t want to. You could also use Greek yogurt like I did in the 2nd shake example. However, I love a good chocolate protein powder because it satisfies my sweet tooth while still being a healthy option!⠀

Also reminder no one meal or snack can make you lose or gain weight and you have to adjust portions to your calorie goals - these are just some examples 😁 Below is the breakdown of the macros for each shake - remember to add water, ice and stevia as needed:⠀

🥜 PB&J shake weight loss - 261 cals, 38g protein, 30g carbs, 4.5g fat.⠀
. 🥜 PB&J shake muscle gain - 501 cals, 41g protein, 54g carbs, 18.5g fat.⠀

🍫 Mocha shake weight loss - 224 cals, 25.5g protein, 9.8g carbs, 9.2g fat.⠀

🍫 Mocha shake muscle gain - 459 cals, 32g protein, 45g carbs, 18.2g fat⠀
.⠀
🌴 Tropical shake weight loss (I added stevia too) - 202 cals, 15g protein, 23g carbs, 6.6g fat.⠀

🌴 Tropical shake muscle gain (I added stevia too) - 456 cals, 31g protein, 50g carbs, 17g fat.⠀

Reminder, you can make the calorie range anything in between. Sometimes 1 scoop protein with water & ice is all I need for a low calorie snack!⠀

Przygotowanie:
👨‍🍳 Kalafiora dajemy do mikrofalówki na 1 minutę. Następnie rozpuszamy słodzik w 50ml wrzątku. Dodajemy do kalafiora. Dosypujemy białko i blendujemy na gładką masę. Dodajemy gumę ksantanowa i ubijamy masę. Do miski dajemy warstwę lodów, owoców i płatków. Przykrywamy pozostała częścią lodów, owoców i płatków i polewamy sosem. Gotowe 😍 ------
Całości z bananem ma 560 kalorii 😎

  • Empezó diciembre y empieza el bombardeo de recetas navideñas. En mi familia siempre han sido una tradición los alfajores y por ello decidí hacer una versión saludable y deliciosa de los mismos ♥️ Aquí se las dejo 👌🏽

Ingredientes
~300 g de harina de avena
~200 g de harina de almendra o de coco
~ 150 g de yogurt griego sabor a vainilla
~ 2 yema de huevo ~ 125 g de ghee
~ 125 g de aceite de coco
.
.
Relleno
~2 cucharadas grandes de mantequilla de avellana
~20 dátiles remojados .
.
Mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta formar una masa. Estirarla con un bolillo y con un molde cortarlas en círculos. Poner en una bandeja previamente engrasada y enharinada y hornearlas por 15 min a 350 grados centígrados. Mientras tanto coloca  en el procesador de alimentos la mantequilla de avellanas junto a los dátiles hasta formar una pasta. 
Una vez listas las galletas esperar a que se enfríen y colocar un poco de la pasta de avellana entre dos galletas para unirlas. Rociarlos con harina de coco y listo 🤤 .

Pd: las galletas son súper delicadas les recomiendo que no le hagan muy finitas porque se rompen
Pd2: la avellana le da un sabor a navidad único, lo amé
