I know this may seem pretty obvious, but the reality is that mos of our diets are inconsistent. You need to clean up your diet and it needs to be consistent. You should eat a lot of the same healthy foods every single day for at least 2 weeks. Try changing it up for these 2 weeks only and see how that will make you feel

2. WATER INTAKE

This is a very critical step you should follow. If your diet is consistent and your water intake is inconsistent, you will notice your body hangs onto water. The reason for that is it goes into scarcity mode, so you cut your water intake and your body hangs on to the water in the form of bloat because it doesn’t know when it’s going to get water again. Your water intake should be 2-2.5 liters per day depending on your body weight. Every single day get your body hydrated with at least 2liters of water throughout the day. This is just a starting point, because based on other factors such as your weight, the temperature outside, the amount of exercise you are doing, whether you are sick or pregnant, all play a role in your water consumption.

3.BEING MINDFUL AND AWARE

Last but not least, being mindful and aware of the foods you are putting in your body is very critical too. So you cleaned up your diet and got the right amount of water in your body for at least 2 weeks. Now what you should do is that you create a journal. When something you eat causes you to bloat, write it down or make a list and after 2 weeks you got a list of the foods that you know caused problems for you. Whether it’s a digestive issue or a bloating issue, now you have a list of foods that you should stay away from forever.

These 3 things I know for sure it will make a difference. There are also all kind of things that can affect your bloating like hormones, but these three steps will undoubtedly help you a lot. Do nothing else, and put these 3 things into action starting TODAY, come back in two weeks and let me know on the comments below. 🦋good evening warriors💗dinner tonight is... PESTO PASTA👊🏼 meaning.... Napoleon fusilli pasta (75g uncooked💪🏼) with SACLA BASIL PESTO SAUCE (15g) topped with PARMESAN CHEESE (10g) 💫 alongside... Quorn Chicken (120g) and piccolo tomatoes🦋

You ever see me with pesto?no. But I’ve always craved pesto but for some reason it makes my head scream due to the ‘fats’ but what does my head know?nothing. Sometimes the most simplest of dishes are the most hardest. ~

Ow guys im emotionally drained, this afternoon has been horrible and I’ve cried so much, me and my sister have argued like no tomorrow.  But it’s not just the argument with her that’s made me emotionally drained it’s everything. This illness is a killer and if it’s not killing you it’s killing your loved ones. I feel like I’ve matured in ways and came a long way in past few weeks but still have so much to overcome? I’m breaking X Y and Z rules but still allowing my head to have a say to an extent? I’m still frightened to go over X amount of carbohydrates but at the same time I’m not. You ever sit back and think ‘is what I’m doing now getting me to where I want to be?’ I want to be a primary school teacher and each day I’m fighting my hardest but I’m still scared of being judged by some on here or to go over a carbohydrate percentage. This illness is so manipulative it will tell us X amount of things and convince us of X amount of things yet we’re scared to go against it?like what would happen if you ate a cookie NOTHING but what will this illness tell you?everything under the sun. I ask myself is this going to be forever is it always going to be like this? You ever just question everything? I just want to fast forward a few years where I am a primary school teacher, where I have my own family, where I’m not worrying about X Y and Z. I WANT TO WAKE UP FREE. ~

So besides being emotionally drained here I am facing DOUBLE PROTEIN AT DINNER AND PESTO!!💪🏼💪🏼and got a night snack challenge because guys food is not a coping mechanism and It never was. We pesto lovers?See you💗

  • I’ve been hearing from a lot of you that getting your kids to drink fluids can sometimes be a challenge.⠀

My daughter has gone through some phases recently when I’ll hand her the water bottle and she will immediately push it away! ⠀
.⠀
Fluids are definitely important for kids, so I know how frustrating it can been when we feel like they are not drinking enough.⠀
.⠀
👉🏻Kids fluid needs are based on weight, size, activity level. But a general recommendation is: 5 cups/day for 1-3 yrs and 6-8 cups/day for older kids.⠀

But, kids do get some fluid from foods.⠀
.⠀
So, if you are struggling with fluid intake during a “phase” or if your kids are not feeling well, or just don’t like to drink a lot, focus on some high water content foods!⠀

Above are a few ideas of where fluid can come from in foods. There are lots more!⠀

Fruits and veggies are especially hydrating!  And, so is yogurt!⠀

If your kids get a few fruit/veg servings each day, along with other foods, they could be getting 2+ cups of their fluid from food alone! ❤️⠀

This morning has been nice and rather ready set go, I went out with my dads girlfriend then came home and had a shower and then I went into town myself! I won something on the macdonalds monopoly to so looks like there’s going to be a little challenge coming up this month there😉and then I came home and just done colouring in the garden, this weather just makes me so happy! Not much planned this afternoon but I may go to the park🤷🏼‍♀️it’s nice being able to do things rather than sit in a room crying in grips off ana👊🏼
