من شروع کردم کیتو رو با ترس و لرز آهسته  ولی پیوسته جلو رفتم ،خسته شدم!ولی نا امید نشدم بیشتر تلاش کردم دقیق شدم تو بشقاب غذام ،بدنم و بیشتر شناختم! اهداف فضاییم و تبدیل کردم به هدف های نزدیک قابل دسترسی!و دیدم داره میشه اونی که باید بشه! راه هنوز دارم و تمام نخواهد شد! راه سلامتی بلکه روز بروز دارم آگاهیم و میبرم بالا تا هم به خودم کمک کنم هم اطرافیانم !❤️🍓❤️ .

  • Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone. I know I’ve been MIA but i got sick and then also the kids and you know how mama bear I am, so I couldn’t concentrate on anything else beside my kids.

Here is a salad I made yesterday to start the long weekend, that I could say it could have been easier if we have a bbq, but since we don’t have one, I grilled the corn in a pan and it took sometime, it was so worthy because the corn avocado salsa was delicious.

Ingridients:
2 grilled corns on the cob (cut off the corn kernels)
1/2 medium red onion diced
1 avocado diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes chopped 
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Jalapeño optional -
.
In a mixing bowl add the corn kernels, onion, avocado, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste 
Mix well. Taste and add more salt if needed. -

Deets: spring mix, corn avocado salsa, shrimps (sautéed with 1 tablespoon Cajun and 1/2 teaspoon onion salt from TJ’s) sprinkle of goat cheese.

- 🇪🇸 Feliz fin de semanas. Hoy les traigo esta ensalada súper deliciosa que le va a encantar y que deben hacer este verano sin falta.

Ingredientes:
2 maíz asado a la parrilla (corta los granos después de asar)
1/2 media cebolla cortada en cuadritos
1 aguacate cortado en cuadros
1/2 taza de tomates cherry cortados
2 cucharada de agrio de limón 
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Jalapeño opcional -

En un bol agrega los granos de maíz, cebolla, aguacate, tomates cherry, agrio de limón, sal y pimienta al gusto. Mezcla todo bien. Agrega más sal si es necesario.

En mi bol: verdes, corn avocado salsa, 
camarones ( salteado con 1 Cda de Cajun y 1/2 cdta de onion salt de Trader Joe’s, pero puedes usar el que tengas) rociado con queso de cabra. .

Zum Zeitpunkt des linken Bildes habe ich noch relativ viel Sport gemacht. In der Zeit zwischen den Bildern habe ich eine Firma gegründet, das Arbeitspensum häufig bei 70 Stunden / Woche und mehr gehabt, keinen Sport betrieben, nur alle paar Tage frische Luft gesehen und meist zu wenig geschlafen. Viele Faktoren, die eigentlich gegen eine gute Abnahme sprechen. .

Die richtige Ernährung und ein wiederhergestelltes, gut reguliertes Sättigungsgefühl haben den Unterschied gemacht. Dabei habe ich nie auf eine Abnahme hingearbeitet und nie bewusst ein Kaloriendefizit eingehalten, sondern immer ausreichend und in Hinblick auf optimale Leistungsfähigkeit gegessen.

Seit März 2019 bin ich wieder mit dem Sport durchgestartet und war in kürzester Zeit wieder beim Pensum von vor der 4-jährigen Sportpause. Keto schont Muskeln (25 kg Rohstoffsäcke schleppen sicher auch). #lowfat vs #highfat - #fodpunkernährung

Made Birch Bender’s Keto pancakes for the 1st time & actually enjoyed it. I’m not a big syrup fan so I use a very little. I was lucky to find Latkano brand at ROSS yesterday along with Saigon cinnamon that I added to the mix. On the side is left over steak & eggs from brunch yesterday (didn’t want to waste)

  • Woke up to the smell of fresh baked keto buns my husbands specialty.  He keeps working on that perfect recipe and is getting close👍. I made myself some jam to have a Peanut butter jam bun before my bike ride this morning.  In a pan I just cut up some Blackberries, sweetener, butter and simmered in pan on stove.  Used natural Peanut butter and jam on my bun!  I have used this type of jam on my pancakes too or great drizzled on keto cheese cake or mug cakes too.  My favourite thing is finding things with multiple uses.  Have a great Sunday 😁

Quando criança, minha avó preparava “queijo na chapa” para nós, cortava uma fatia e colocava na chapa quente do fogão à lenha para derreter, usava sempre o meia-cura, o cheiro tomava conta da cozinha, ou melhor, da casa toda. Vamos as diferenças: o queijo meia cura é obtido com maturação de 8 a 20 dias; a partir de 20 dias de maturação o queijo já é considerado curado; o queijo da canastra que tanto uso e falo aqui é obtido do leite cru, sem conservantes com teores de lactose praticamente zero! Ainda hoje, muitos se surpreendem quando falo do "consuma o queijo maturado"! Durante o processo de maturação, a caseína (proteína do leite) é desnaturada e degradada a compostos de menor massa molecular, a lactose é fermentada a valores inferiores a 0,5g em 100g de queijo, a gordura também sofre importantes modificações em sua estrutura e tamanho, resultando em uma melhor distribuição. Em relação à quantidade, sem exageros, uma fatia pequena é suficiente. Vejo por aí desconhecimento de composição química e tecnologia de alimentos, pessoas que pouco sabem o que significa um ácido graxo de cadeia curta, divulgando conceitos equivocados. Vejo orientações como "evitar queijos amarelos", ou pior "consuma somente queijo branco, é muito mais saudável”. Nada contra o queijo branco mas isso não é verdade. Já postei muito sobre isso mas recebi algumas dúvidas depois que mostrei meu pão com queijo da canastra rsrs #nutricaoefciente
