A veces nos parece tan lejanos,terminarlo antes de empezarlo.
En ocasiones me pregunto ¿Si continuar corriendo 🏃 o parar?.
Pero cuando miro atrás 🔙. La respuesta se vuelve clara. 
SÍ ✌.
Si a la locura. 
Si a la experiencia. 
Si a la progresión. 
Si al esfuerzo. 
Si a tener una comunidad que te anima a continuar. 
Si a romper límites. 
Si a seguir dejando atrás los miedos. 
Si a la emoción de lo descosido. 
Si a nuevos retos. 
Ya que cada carrera es un camino nuevo que se emprende. Y cada camino logrado es un objetivo conseguido. Y el conjunto de esos objetivos es la META o METAS que te propongas lograr.  Pero todo conlleva. 
DEDICACION -ESFUERZO -ACTITUD. 
Comenzamos un nuevo objetivo y a recorrer muchos caminos para poder conseguir lo propuesto........

  • Religiously practicing dynamic stretching during warmups improves flexibility, stability, recovery time, speed, strength and allows you to get in front of injuries #injuryprevention.

Dynamic warm ups prepare your muscles and connective tissue for exercise.

It increases circulation and prepares your muscle fibers, tendons, joints, and ligaments for withstanding exertion, without straining them over a long period of time.

During dynamic stretching, you are warming up the muscles to their working temperature, stretching them and improving their function.

Believe it or not, static stretching sometimes isn't as effective because you lengthen the muscle but its performance is lowered more than if you stretched dynamically!

Overall, it improves your mobility both in short term (as a warm up for a workout) and long term (reducing probability of injury). Finally, select movements which mimic the moves and target the muscle groups you’ll be using during your workout. Here are a few of my favorites: 
Tin Mans
Quad Stretch
High knees
Hip Openers
Butt Kicks
Lunge with a twist (engaging core)
Air squats
Bridge pulse
Leg Swings
Skips
