Glücklich sein, ist keine Sache die Personen bedingt sein sollte. Wenn du nur glücklich mit bestimmten Menschen bist, wird es auch immer so bleiben, dass du alleine unglücklich bist. Meiner Meinung nach aber, sollte man selbst schon glücklich sein um auch das Leben anderer schöner zu machen. Ich habe für mich gemerkt, dass ich am Glücklichsten bin, wenn ich Dankbar bin. Dankbar für jede noch so kleine Kleinigkeit. Dankbar dafür, dass ich morgens aufstehen kann. Dankbar dafür, dass ich Abends ein warmes Bett habe. Ich bin für sovieles Dankbar und deswegen auch die meiste Zeit sehr Glücklich. Natürlich gibt es auch Momente in denen ich nicht so glücklich bin, doch diese sind im letzten Jahr extremst zurückgegangen und dafür bin ich Dankbar. Wofür seid ihr Dankbar?

This movement is pretty dang tough because it fires your entire core and stabilization muscles, such as hips and glutes, all while working the back muscles. We got tired just thinking about it!
Now, get into plank position with a moderate weight dumbbell in each arm. Perform a single arm row while keeping your core tight and hips parallel with the ground. Really try to control your hips so that they aren’t swaying back and forth. When rowing, pull the dumbbells towards your hips, elbow in a 90° angle, squeezing your back at the top of the pull and controlling the weight down. We dare you to try this and let us know how it is! 😈

This girl is ON THE MOVE! 🙌🏼 5 weeks ago I started with walking a half mile and today I walk-jogged 2 miles! 🏃🏽♀️ My goal is to jog our annual 5k on December 21st! #goals#postpartumfitness Did I have to get off the treadmill three time to go sooth my baby back to sleep?? 🤦🏻♀️ YUP! Don’t you worry though we still got it done! 😂 It’s so important to rebuild your fitness slowly over time. I didn’t wake up and just decide to go run 2 miles at 5w4d postpartum. 🙅🏻♀️ I’ve been working up to this small accomplishment a little bit every day with consistent walks all month. The biggest thing I am learning is to be patient and take baby steps. There’s no rush to be running my old paces and distances. All in good time. #grace#patience#tiumom

My military presses are getting better! 😁 Never been a movement I'm that good at but I'm working on it. 💪 Managed some PR's somehow even after a heavy bench press session.... My top sets were 1x12 165, 1x22 135, and 1x30 100. All PR sets! 🤘Just got to keep on improving. 🙏
Well everyone I hit another milestone in my fitness/strength journey!! 💪 Finally hit a huge PR with a 365 pound paused bench press. It has taken me a solid 11 years to go from a 95 pound bench press to 365 pound bench press. I'm super stoked and this was truly an incredible accomplishment for me. 405 is getting that much closer and hopefully I will crack that number in the next year or two. 😁 This bench press session was 2x10 135, 1x10 185, 1x5 225, 1x2 275, 1x2 315, 345 single, 365 single PR, 1x5 315 PR, 1x10 275 PR, 1x23 225 PR. 🤘 Every set was paused except for 1x5 225 and 1x23 225! ✊ BW is 215 currently. Having fun and enjoying this journey completely! ☺ Glad I got to hit this milestone with my bro @boosted_fk .🙏
