  • 12 stramme dage forud☝️😳🌱😅 En af mine store svagheder har altid været, at jeg alle dage har haft svært ved at sige nej til en udfordring.. Det er der kommet meget godt, skidt, sjovt, skørt, dumt men altid lærerigt ud af og jeg er næsten altid kommet “i mål” med alle mine udfordringer😅🙏 Denne gang er jeg dog bange for jeg har bidt mere end kan klare😬 
Men efter altid at have lavet sjov med veganere/vegetarer mv.   • Fala galera , ontem lutei no evento @brutosmuaythaicombat , evento de altíssima qualidade, de uma estrutura muito boa e lutas muito bem casadas.
Graças a Deus consegui sair com mais uma vitória , consegui colocar bem meu jogo e fazer o que eu treinei.
Queria agradecer e dedicar essa vitória a Deus , que é ele que me dá forças pra acordar com saúde todos os dias e correr atrás dos meus sonhos , agradecer tbm toda a minha equipe de Bom Despacho por me dar todo o apoio tanto na luta como nos treinos , e tbm a @imperialfight que me deram todo o auxílio e cuidaram muito bem de mim no corner , queria dedicar essa vitória tbm a vcs, pq eu tentei fazer tudo que vcs pediram e graças a Deus e a vcs deu tudo certo! Vcs são fodas , espero ter essa oportunidade de ter vcs comigo novamente!

  • Power. 
Knowing when to use power and when to relax is one of the key differences between experienced and novice grapplers. 
The general rule of thumb is that you should be calm and relaxed until there is a need for a short burst of power and then relax again. For instance if your opponent is trying to submit you from mount you may need to use power to escape a submission attempt but after that if they are simply mounted on you and you’re not in danger then you should be able to relax (unless it’s mma where there’s striking involved which changes things).
The same rule applies for submission attacks / offence. You should be calm before quickly and powerfully applying force to an opponent rather than using constant force throughout a match where there’s a risk you will burn out your arms or legs.
This is a power guillotine. The beauty of this move is that it can be applied from a front headlock position without needing to fall back into guard like most guillotine chokes. This means you don’t get scored on if you miss the submission as you don’t end up on your back making it a great technique for takedown defence. 
Another reason I like this variation is that even if your opponent takes you down and gets across your body (the usual guillotine defence) you can still finish them with this choke or use it to sweep.

  • ฉันได้รับการบอกมากมายว่าฉันมี IQ หรือหน่วยความจำไม่มาก - มันเป็นเรื่องจริงที่ฉันได้รับบาดเจ็บที่ศีรษะเมื่อฉันยังเล็ก - แต่ฉันจะพยายามทำให้ดีที่สุดเพื่อปรับปรุง - วิธีเดียวที่ฉันรู้ว่าจะมีหัวใจ - ไม่ยอมแพ้ - Even if everybody gives up on me I wont give up on myself. “Keep Fighting” - I've been told a lot that I don't have IQ or a lot of memory - it's true that I had a head injury when I was young (I cant remember phone numbers/birthdays/peoples names) - but I will try my best to improve - the only way I know it will be. Have heart-do not give up -
