My boys both eat a 100% raw diet, and I really couldn’t do it without access to the amazing @sfraw . They source from local heritage farms that are truly pastured, grass finished, organic, sustainable and ALL natural. Their standards are so high. Everything is human grade (I buy food for myself there too). It makes me feel so good about what I am feeding the boys, and I have learned a tremendous amount. Beyond all of the health benefits, they absolutely LOVE it. I couldn’t do this shot with Presley because he goes way too bonkers, and would never be able to sit still long enough to get the shot (even when he tries his very best to wait 😅) If anyone ever has questions about raw feeding, please feel free to ask!

  • To meio ausente daqui, não consegui compartilhar tudo que tem acontecido ultimamente, mas tenho trabalhado demaaaais e me vejo mais e mais apaixonado pela minha arte. Teve aprovação para competir no Festival de dança de Joinville e no FIH2, preparação de I ❤ Parazinho que será reapresentado no teatro amazonas dia 19 de junho, e a competição aqui em Manaus, que as Gandhicats alcançaram, 2º lugar Júnior, 1º lugar Senior e 1º lugar Avançado. Percebo que estamos cada vez mais caminhando para um cenário heterogêneo na dança manauara, já fui mto criticado (e ainda sou) por fazer algo “diferente”, que não fosse apenas dança, que por si só já é incrível, mas que levasse reflexões e algo além, ver outros grupos fazendo o mesmo me motiva a continuar mergulhando nas minhas ideias e me enche de felicidade! Quero agradecer DEMAIS a todas as minhas alunas lindas e maravilhosas, que são minhas gatinhas #RAW, a minha equipe de direção que é incrível e me surpreende cada vez mais, a Tia @vanessafabianamaciel essa mãezona enviada por Deus que se supera em todos os aspectos todos os dias e agradecer ao público, por nós prestigiarem, aplaudirem, se surpreenderem e se permitirem entrar nas minhas loucuras, MUITO OBRIGADO!

  • It's worth repeating and reiterating that AEW: Double or Nothing tonight is something special. It's the start of not something new in the world of professional wrestling, but something we haven't seen in a long while. Direct legitimate competition to the WWE.  I hope AEW exceeds expectations tonight, and I hope everyone enjoys it. Competition in all aspects is healthy, this should and likely will now bring out the best in all wrestling promotions.
