Yipa Yipa Ándale ihr schnellsten Mäuse von Mexico 😅 ,

wer hat noch einen an der Waffel, außer mir? 😆 .. wollte keine Pancakes und nicht groß experimentieren.. da strahlte mich das Cappucino-Waffel-Rezept von der lieben Steffi aka @speedie85 so hart an, dat ich eben erstmal der ganzen Rasselbande statt Eierkuchen heute Waffeln kredenzt hab.

Allerdings in der Butterkeks-Version und mit minimalistischem Topping 😬😋 ’
Bissl Protein Spread @got7nutrition hier, paar Himbeeren da und noch etwas Himbeer-Sirup (GOT7 Fibersirup + Himbeerpulver) dort .. kennste sicher 🤪 ’

Das original Waffel-Rezept findest du bei @speedie85 , lass am besten direkt mal n’ Abo da! Geile Fotos + leckere Rezeptideen, da bleibt kein Zahn trocken 😜 ’

Rezept leicht abgewandelt:
- 2 Eier
- 30g Xylit
- 100g Magerquark - 200ml Buttermlich
- 190g Dinkelmehl
- 1 TL Backpulver
- bissl Abrieb einer Tonkabohne - 70g leichte Butter, zB von WW
- Flavordrops Butter Biquit @got7nutrition

Eier und Xylit schaumig aufschlagen, restlichen Zutaten dazu klatschen und alles zum glatten Teig verrühren. Hab daraus 7 große Waffeln gebacken.

Batter: Boil 1 glass of water, Add in 100 gr butter and let it melt. Add 1 glass flour, 1 coffeesoon of sugar and pinch of salt. .
Stir the content using a wooden spoon. It takes about 4 minutes until you have a batter. Set the pot aside and leave to cool. Crack in 4-5 eggs (im room temperature, use 5 eggs if the sizes are small) when the mixture has cooled. Mix until smooth. The consistency of the batter shouldnt be different after adding the eggs in it. Put the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes. Fill the content into a piping bag. Squeeze out small round portions of batter on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for 20 minutes at first then reduce the heat to 150 degrees and bake for about 30 more minutes. Let the baking sheet in the oven when the time is over so the desserts wont get soft outside the oven. (You can leave them there up to 30 minutes). The hard they are the better because they will get softer with the cream filling and the chocolate sauce anyway.

Cream: 3 eggyolks, about 2 glasses of sugar, pinch of salt, 4 tbsp starch, 4 tbsp flour, 1 packet vanilla sugar, 4 glasses milk. .
Cook the ingredients in a saucepan until thick then set aside to cool. Stir in 1 packet of whipping cream powder when the cream has cooled down completely. Pipe cream into profiteroles and leave them to cool in the fridge. .

Chocolate Sauce: 200 ml heavy cream, half glassof milk. Heat both together. Turn off th stove once you see the bubbles forming on the outer edges of the saucepan. Stir in 250 gr bitter-milk chocolate. Stir occassionally until it is cooled. Let it in the fridge for a few hours. Drizzle chocolate sauce on profiteroles before serving.
